Super clean

Great place to stay for families! We were traveling as a couple , the Summit has a definite family vibe! Convenient to everything. Condo was super clean. Bed was kinda hard and could be updated , but that was the only con we had.

Great location, decent clean room. Nice pools and very easy access to beach.Only negative we paid for non smoking room which we got but was right next door to smoking room. The smoke smell was awful on our balcony every time we went on it.

Very Happy 😊

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. Great view! Very clean and well stocked and the"beach theme" throughout just made my sun and sand loving heart happy! The condo grounds were beautifully kept and we never had any issues with the elevators. 5 stars all around for me!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

PCB 2 weeks

The FDTV service is the worst I have ever seen. The major networks hardly work at all and we had to have maintenance come in on day 2 because someone had deleted the FDTV app so not tv for the first 24 hours. Condo is nice and view is great but not as clean as I would hope. Floors in particular.

Spring Break PCB 2024

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach - Summit 715. The building itself is pretty outdated and not all of the elevators were working (3 of 4 were working so it was not that bad of a wait unless using during peak time). At check in to get our wristbands they told us that the pools are closing “early” due to lighting issues. Pools were closed by 7pm everyday, so if you are booking with children, double check pool hours. The Tiki Bar, Bikini Bobs, and the beach were all wonderful. There was a lot of security on the property from the time you arrive (gated), on the grounds, and then at the gate to get out to the beach, which was really nice. We had a really sunny week with warm temps so that was a bonus! The room was well kept and ready for us to walk in, put our stuff away and enjoy PCB. Nicely decorated as shown on the app. The bathrooms could be updated - small and older toilets. There is definitely a smell at times of cat urine especially noticeable when you first walk into the condo (main hallway/ master bedroom area)(there is a locked closet so we are thinking it maybe something in there? Mop and bucket?) The kitchen had everything we needed to eat meals in and the appliances worked perfectly. It was so nice to have an air-fryer too! Plenty of space for our family of four! We would stay again and recommend!

Everything was fantastic. The location was absolutely perfect. The only thing that could be different is the shower head. Maybe adding a handheld one to help wash off the sand because with the very low water pressure it took forever getting sand off. Also, maybe a swiffer or something instead of just a broom cause the sand was impossible to keep up with, with just a broom. Also, a bonus, but obviously not necessary would be to add some spices of some sort or allow others to leave non perishable items that they don’t want to bring back, but could potentially be useful to others. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place.

The condo is both comfortable and convenient making for an enjoyable stay. Walking for dining and shopping is definitely doable Last but certainly not least is the beautiful beach for walking, swimming or just relaxing. This was our 4th stay in this condo and we will certainly be back.

Having a washer and dryer made my trip back home even easier! Our son loved the balcony and we were able to hear the pool music and he had a blast! We loved staying here and will do it again next year! The only thing we had a problem with was the elevators were broken many times a day, so only one was working. however, that is NOT any problem with the condo, just the building itself

One of the pools was closed for construction. Construction at property made it look less than it did in pictures. Our room looked exactly like the photos. Looked clean when we entered, the only thing I’d say is the floor could have been cleaner. Floor was dirty. But we had an overall good stay.

Our condo was Clean and Comfortable. I liked the communication with the room manager, they answered any questions I had through text. We enjoyed the free coupons that came with the room, they were easy to use and gave us plenty of activities ideas to do. We will be staying again through this company.
