The space

Guest access
Guests will be able to access everything in the unit, with the exception of the owner's closet(s). Guests will also be able to access all of the amenities, subject to availability/maintenance.

Other things to note
- *** Parking Access: 3 cars allowed for this unit - 2 in main parking, 1 in overflow.
- *** Access to resort amenities are out of our control as unit owners. Most all amenities will be available at all times with the odd exception if something gets broken/requires maintenance, etc.
- *** The HOA requires that one person from each booking is 21 or older, and that person will be the responsible party & contact for the group in the event the HOA is called out to deal with your party disturbing other guests.
