This cozy 1-bedroom condo in Panama City Beach is perfect for your escape to the sun-soaked shores. With a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and additional sleeping space in the living room with a queen sofa bed and twin sofa bed, this property is both enjoyable and welcoming for guests. Take advantage of the fitness room, WiFi, and other amenities during your stay. Book now and enjoy everything this marvelous condo has to offer. * New Pickleball Courts, tennis court and Shuffle board court are now open!
*Visit our beach vendors, located on the beach behind Sunbird, and enjoy the ultimate seaside experience with daily and weekly rentals. This includes chairs and umbrellas, and exciting activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and jet ski rentals. *Snowbirds: feel free to reach us for special deals during low seasons. *Unit not to be rented by any one under 25 years of age. Strict age requirement set by the Sunbird of PCB Owner’s Association.
Policy will be enforced and guests that do not adhere to the age requirement will be escorted off the premises and refund will not be issued.
*Pets are not allowed
*Ring doorbell on front door. *Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Sunbird Beach Resort requires a parking pass for each vehicle. The $35.00 parking pass and $6.00 per armband for each guest 10 years old or above. Fees are paid at the onsite association office upon arrival and cover the entire stay. You only pay one time and you need to wear the armband while you are at Sunbird
Additional parking is available off site in public lots at daily rates.
When the HOA office is close parking passes and armbands may be purchased through security.
