Our favourite thing about Leeward 403 is that the Gulf is never out of sight. Whether we’re enjoying coffee on the balcony, preparing a meal in the kitchen, relaxing in the living room, or winding down in bed, there's always a breathtaking view of the emerald water and white-sand shoreline. It's the kind of place that instantly puts you in holiday mode.

Located on the quieter side of the Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, Leeward 403 is situated in a low-rise tower (6 floors, 2 lifts, front entrance parking) and offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We love that it is peaceful and uncrowded, yet all the amenities are right at our fingertips. We spend our days on the beach, take a dip in the pool, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis, or golf, and then watch the sunset paint the sky from our private balcony.

The spacious one-bedroom, two-bath layout comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for a romantic getaway, a girls' trip, a small family holiday, or a solo retreat. The primary suite, which can be closed off from the rest of the unit for added privacy, opens directly to the balcony, creating a truly special experience where you can drift off listening to the waves and wake up to the beauty of the Gulf Coast. In the living room, you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa, and just steps away is the second full bathroom, which includes a fantastic walk-in glass shower—perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach.

One of the things guests mention most often is how peaceful this condo feels. The beach is just steps away, the pool is rarely overcrowded, and the views are simply unforgettable. After staying here, many guests start planning their return trip before they've even checked out.

For dining, you won’t need to drive anywhere! Either visit the full service, on-site Ocean’s Bar and Grill for Gulf-front dining, or find just across the street the Firefly restaurant, Dee’s Hangout, Between Brewery, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, Los Rancheros, and many more restaurants within walking distance.

Snowbird season runs from November through February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternative dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
