  • Sterling Breeze Condominiums is a beach front boutique size building. The beach front pool is seasonally heated with a poolside cafe feauturing great snacks, wine and specialty drinks. Relax by the pool at our fire pit or get your cardio in at our work out facility. Walk to Pier Park for great beach front dining, shopping and entertainment options. Your balcony overlooks the beautiful emerald waters and white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Unit 2103 is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy! Beach service is included in your stay March through October.
    This unit is on the 21st floor.
    Sterling Breeze Resort collects a $50 Resort Fee Upon Arrival
    Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old.
