  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Winter getaway

Lovely condo with an incredible view! The balcony is super spacious with comfortable furniture. The condo is clean and open and bright. We love the location, close to everything but very quiet. On arrival one of the bathrooms needed cleaned and they were on it immediately after we called, super service! Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful time in PCB

We booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect. I was blown away at quickly they responded to our questions. Property was clean. Pools are nice as well as hot tub. We enjoyed seeing the cats on the property. They stayed to themselves but gave us all some entertainment. We will be back!

First time at PCB. We usually stay in Okaloosa Island. Same great beach and clear blue water! Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Fantastic ocean view. Dealing with property manager was super easy. Great communication and check in went off without a hitch.

Excellent Vacation

We have stayed in this condo building several times before and this unit was definitely our favorite. The tenth floor makes it high enough for an awesome view but not to high up. It was very clean. My husband has some disabilities so the walk-in shower was differently a bonus. The only drawback we had was because of his disabilities the master bed is really tall and made it difficult for him but that was a minor problem. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

Great condo!

We had a great stay, the unit was clean and very spacious. Only complaints are parking was very limited and the elevator wait times. With the 4th of July weekend many people were parked in the garage without passes and we had to use pay parking. I didn’t see anything when booking about the elevators being extremely delayed only after I received my rental agreement did I notice a segment about planing accordingly with up to hour wait times for the elevators. Could be my mistake for not thoroughly reading I’m not entirely sure but definitely plan to wait for the elevators. Overall great condo!

Our view was spectacular in the corner unit! We have stayed in other condos at Ocean Villa, but this was the best by far! Our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and response to the few questions I had were answered quickly! I will definitely stay here again!
