  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The owner was fabulous to work with when I reached out needing accommodations at the last minute. The condo was beautiful and was extremely clean and well stock. Beds were very comfy. We saw dolphins and even a manatee from our balcony. The condominium was very nice and we enjoyed having an onsite restaurant that we could get drinks and lunch during the day. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely book in the future.

Wonderful Condo

We loved the resort and the condo itself, no complaints at all. We would rent this unit again. Had a great vacation with the family. Plenty to do that's close by for people of all ages.

Great place

Nice place to stay with family. Unloading and loading was so easy with the luggage cart system they have. The place is easy to get in and out of in regards to parking and such. Plenty of security for safety. Condo was exactly as shown. Perfect for a great vacay!

Wonderful condo and area.

We enjoyed a fabulous 10-year wedding anniversary. Vanessa had everything we needed. There are many area attractions, we chose to jet ski, snorkeling on a 52' catamaran tour and parasail when we weren't kicking back on the beach.

Gimme More of Spring Break 2024

We had a blast, vacation went by super fast we wish we had longer to stay. The room was amazing and the little details of amenities like the beach chairs and umbrellas made the stay that much more convenient. Looking forward to next year and the beautiful view we enjoyed all week.

Excellent Property

The condo was amazingly clean! Very spacious and lots of amenities! The balcony has a perfect view of the beach and water! Not to mention the sunrise and sunset! The master bed is a little soft so sleeping comfortably was an issue some nights. But none the less we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Gulf Resort

Condo and resort were great. This is the second time we have stayed at the resort and we will keep coming back. We loved the condo. It had everything you could need. The recliners were awesome. I would open the patio doors at night and just sit and relax in the tr liner as the gulf winds blew in, very relaxing. Highly recommend this condo and resort!

This property is fantastic! The host is so nice & easy to communicate with. This place also has the easiest check in process. Very spacious & clean. You can tell the hosts really cares by the personal touches. I would recommend this place to anyway!!! We be will absolutely be back!

Spring break 2025 with my family

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was as beautiful as the picture. We got a chance to see the dolphins playing from our balcony!! We brought chairs and umbrella for the beach but the condo not only provided chairs and tent, they also had beach towels, buggy boards etc... My only complaint was that we wasn't able to see the movie during our stay because of some technical difficulties but that was the resort issue. Overall I would definitely book this condo again and refer family and friends!!

We drove from Minnesota to Biltmore in NC, then Savannah, and then came down to Panama Beach. Lots of rain for days, but managed to get 2 sunny days on the beach. Lovely view and Lovely condo!!!

Perfect Summer Vacation Rental

We were a family of 3 staying here in May 2024. The rental price was excellent compared to other resorts. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. We did not encounter any issues during our visit. The master bathroom was large with a jetted tub and a separate shower. We also appreciated the larger closet and the vanity in the master. The kitchen was spacious too! I would highly recommend this unit. We will be staying here again.

Fantastic

Perfect getaway in a superb property! Condo was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had the amazing balcony with million dollar views. Communication with Vanessa was easy and timely. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Just have to plan your days to avoid the parking garage and elevators around the daily 4pm check-in, which can be a little chaotic. Perfect place to recharge.

This condo has it all. There are 2 very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful view! The kitchen has everything and then some that you might need! Close to Walmart or Publix and lots of different options for great food to eat! The condo was clean and has everything we needed for a great stay. Beds are comfortable. The host Vanessa is amazing. Easy to communicate with, and if you have any needs or problems she will respond quickly! We have stayed in Panama City many times, this is by far the best condo/host that we have stayed with. Will definitely be back.

Nice condo in great family resort

We loved our stay at the Majestic. The unit was great, with all the basics needed for a beach stay, and a fantastic view. Sunsets were amazing! They even had beach chairs to use. The amenities in the resort were outstanding. Five pools for all kinds of interest. The outdoor/indoor pool was heated, so it was nice to be outside and still be able to swim when the other outdoor pools were frigid. There was a movie theatre that seated a few hundred. That was a fun surprise. No schedule of showings, so it was kind of a guessing game, but still fun! The Starbucks and market were awesome for Mom to get a coffee and kids to get ice cream cones. The location was perfect. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and Alvin's Island. My only recommendation is maybe instructions and a map for all of the resorts amenities. We wandered around and found things, but a little more info would we helpful. We will definitely be back!
