Southern Palms House

Southern Palms is a spacious 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home with a calming coastal aesthetic that will make you feel right at home and ready to relax.  It has been newly renovated, professionally designed and no detail was overlooked.  All furniture was carefully selected to be family friendly as well as comfortable and the bedrooms have been outfitted with luxurious bedding, comfortable mattresses and blackout shades.  It’s all of those little details that will make this home the perfect spot for your vacation.  Not to mention, with porches on each level you will definitely enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! Southern Palms is located directly across the street from the amazing 12,000 sq foot lagoon pool and a beautiful grassy area.  Just out the front door is a tram stop where you can take a 3 minute ride to the breathtaking beaches that 30A is known for. 


The first floor features an open concept living room, dining and kitchen that are perfect for family fun, time to relax or meal times together.  The living room opens up to the front porch.  It is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the afternoon.   Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room and a side door that leads to the outdoor shower and grill.  The first floor bedroom features a king bed and has access to the first floor bathroom.  The second floor features two master bedrooms with king beds; each has their own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.  The third floor is filled with 5 twin bunks and a queen size bed.  It is what bunk room dreams are made of.  You will find a wet bar and full bath as well.  There is also a large 3rd floor deck ready for morning coffee or an early evening happy hour.  Southern Palms provides a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, internet access, TVs, outdoor shower and a 2-burner Weber Grill.
The house sleeps 13 and can accommodate 1 large family or 2-3 couples and their children. Seacrest Beach is ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and has plenty of outstanding shopping, dining and entertainment options within easy reach. The best part is that it can all be done by foot or bike.  Upon arrival we are happy to provide a detailed welcome book with details on all the best places.  Convenient tram service (about a 3 minute ride) is provided during the spring, summer and early fall months to the nearby deeded beach access.
