This magnificent studio condominium has been beautifully renovated and is located on the 8th floor, which affords spectacular views without taking you up too high! The condo is absolutely ideal for either a couple looking for a romantic break, or a small family. Views from the private balcony of the turquoise green gulf and the tropically landscaped pool are breathtaking, and the space is cozy yet spacious.

Unit 806 at Shores of Panama features an elegant decor including a king sized bed and a GIANT 65 inch flat screen wall mounted TV, along with all the comforts of home. Enjoy an open plan layout encompassing the bedroom, living area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full-size pull-out couch if needed.

The kitchen features granite countertops, lots of storage space and everything you'll need for cooking up meals and snacks. If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided and are extra plush for the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The bathroom is separate with plenty of space and offers a shower/tub combo and vanity area. Out on your private balcony furniture is provided and creates an exquisite setting for breakfast, cocktails at sunset or simply taking in the sweeping beach vistas.

At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area’s main attraction. Be sure to carve out some time for kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.

Unit 806 at Shores of Panama is fantastically situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, within easy walking distance of some of the area's best dining, exciting attractions for all ages and numerous gift stores. All the ingredients for an unforgettable getaway are right on your doorstep! The incredible Pier Park is a quick 10 minute drive, with its huge variety of restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $75.00. This is per stay, and not per person. This fee provides your parking pass plus wristbands for all guests in your party - giving you access to all the amenities including private beach access, pools, fitness center etc. You will pick up your packet from the concierge at the resort upon arrival.

Registered guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No smoking. No pets.

Amazing!!!

Everything about this rental was phenomenal! We came knowing and expecting the property to be busy, which it was, but the staff that was EVERYWHERE & made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us with everything needed for a relaxing retreat to the beach! The listing for the property stated recently renovated, this property was not renovated, old dated appliances, the dishwasher was trailer size and was at least 20 years old, a larger dishwasher was there before, so to close the hole from the smaller dishwasher they broke the side board loose and leaned it into the dishwasher, shotty work , the toilet is about 12 inches high from the floor to the toilet seat , I’m sure it’s a toddler toilet of some kind , we had very little hot water, I contacted the owner and told her the hot water was minimal, she said just let it run , it gets hot , well if taking a bath the hot water is enough to run about 3 inches of hot water in the tub , after that it’s straight cold, upon looking at the hot water heater it has 2016 wrote in permanent marker on the top , it’s about a 30 gallon tank I would say , the air conditioning is a window unit in the wall , old and rusted, it was not blowing very cold and ran continuously, it was March 28th so it was not but 74 degrees out side but could t catch up to 72 degrees.The front door has pulled some of the top hinges and the top of the door was hitting the door jam, it took me and my wife to pull the door open , and we had to shove hard for it to get inside the jam and close , the lock would also hang up inside the lock so we had to make sure the door was locked when we closed it. The unit had dated furniture and was not very clean and needed painting , I wish I had my money back and will never rent thI

The unit was dirty- floors, tub, old toilet seat with worn spots in it, sticky and dirty baseboards, rusted stovetop Mildew with holes in wall above shower and someone stuffed a napkin in the hole Dishwasher top rack broken. Patio furniture not what is pictured and the actual lounger is broken. The bed mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable as if the springs were damaged. Linens torn and worn. Not as pictured at all!! I honestly felt like I was staying at a low rent hotel. Please address these problems.

Girls weekend trip!

The ease of check-in and the communication by the host made our getaway hassle free. The condo was cozy and clean and the entire facility was well maintained. Needs a remodel

Just very old. Needs a new bathroom and new furniture. The bathroom was moldy and disgusting and couch was so bad we never sat on it. The kitchen table and chairs and balcony furniture all need replaced. For how much this is a night . It should be kept up with. I wouldn’t rent threw this company again not vrbo but the actually company . Hotel is old too only thing nice is the pool and coffee

We had a great stay, no issues with the actual condo itself. The parking, however, is a nightmare. Not sure why there is a charge for parking with no designated space. Don’t bother taking the elevator, it’ll take half of your day. We luckily finally found a spot on the 8th floor so we could unload/load up easily. These issues wouldn’t detour me from staying again though.

June 5th

The condo was clean and nice. Great view of the ocean and pool! However, our bath towels appeared to be dirty and had hair on them that did not belong to us. My only complaint is security does not seem to care about anything. Quiet time is posted from 10pm-10am. We had issues with multiple people screaming and yelling off of their balconies “just for fun” most of the night. One night, someone was illegally shooting large fireworks on the beach right across from our condo until 2:00 am. We called security and they said since it was on the beach, they could not do anything about it. The parking garage is also a nightmare as far as getting in and out. It was our first time to Panama City and we will not be back. If you like loud and rude crowds, this is the place for you!

Shores of Panama unit 806

This unit absolutely needs updating. The plumbing had to be fixed by us with Draino. The appliances are dated. There are barely any items to cook wit: no pizza cutter, no pizza pan, etc. No trash bags. Barely anywhere for storage of clothes. Elevators never work, have to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs. No reserved parking for this unit. Good luck finding parking. I would never book with this owner again. When I asked for another unit with the the plumbing issues, they stopped communicating. Horrible experience. Place overrun with drunk underage kids. A fight broke out and a gun was drawn. Not a place I would take my young kids. The parking spaces are so small, my husband scraped the truck on a concrete pillar in the garage: that was the icing on the cake. Some units are better than others, but even my friends on the 5th floor had their fridge go out! This place isn’t worth walking all your luggage and beach chairs up and down the stairs.

Location is great but was not satisfied

Peak time trying to get on elevators is at least a 20 minute wait, we’ve stayed at many condos and resorts and have never gone through the wait times we went through. Chlorine in the indoor pool is way too much, we could not stay inside longer than 20-30 minutes bc our eyes were burning. Wear your wristband everywhere otherwise you won’t get back on the property. We went to the beach and my SO forgot his band and I was told he wouldn’t be able to get back into gate and then I’m completely packed to the gills with beach stuff coming off beach and my wristband was under my shirt and I had to drop all my stuff and hold up a line of like 15-20 ppl all bc of a wristband, I understand why they are required but when your loaded down with chairs, beach bag etc why would you be coming into a resort that’s not where your staying? Also, the chair guys are complete jerks and will lie to you about where you can or can not put a canopy and will be complete jerks all day to you. Staff here are not very friendly and will be jerks to you on elevator. Also, most importantly, if your vehicle can not clear 6’8 don’t book. You won’t find out until email sent to you with your code and check in procedures. There’s “oversized” spots but there’s only maybe 5-6 and they go quick and you may or may not at end of night have to park about .4 of a mile in a pay to park lot and then have a 5-10 min walk back. Condo was decent, it had all we needed. It was more or less what we dealt with outside of condo that really just sucked. There is mold in the shower that needs to be addressed though.
