This 3-bedroom condo sleeps 8 and is located on the 3rd floor in building D, providing a bird’s eye view of 30A and even a little peek at the Gulf! Coastal Soul completely remodeled in 2022 with new furnishings, custom kitchen, designer spa master bath, and fresh coastal decor throughout. The sophisticated, open-concept feel to this condo makes for a welcoming and relaxing spot after a day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for all your meal and snack prep needs. There's seating for 4 at the bar and 6 more at the dining table, plus there is seating on the balcony for 4.

VILLAGE OF SOUTH WALTON
The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings.

There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida. Great place!

I've stayed at many houses in Seacrest & Rosemary over the years but this condo was actually one of my favorites! It was very clean and the decor was only updated and modern with plush towels, comfortable mattress and high quality sheets and bedding! The kitchen was well stocked and the property management company was very responsive to my questions during the week. Plus it was a great location right near the tram stop for the beach. You can sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to live music which we really enjoyed!

Do your research

Property is nice with a lot shopping within walking distance. Pools are hotel like, seating and umbrellas were broken and too small for the amount of people utalizing the pool. “Private beach area” for this condo is a very small square area blocked off by cones. You are not allowed outside of those cones unless you rent chairs and umbrellas, which stay booked. If you bring your own chairs, you are confined to the coned off space and there are people on all sides of you within arms length. Not at all what we expected. If you want to relax and enjoy the beach you WILL have to go to a public beach access bc the private beach experience here was aweful! Do your research on private vs public beach access in this area and watch you tube videos bc from my experience, they are accurate!

The condo and community exceeded my expectations. The unit was updated, every inch was clean, and it had what we needed in the kitchen. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable, and the towels were huge and plush. The building is above the shop and community area of Seacrest Beach with a pool right outside. Parking was free and not assigned and we had no problem finding a spot. There are elevators with luggage racks to get the bags upstairs. The pool was never super crowded and we were always able to get a chair. There are two pools: an almost full size wading pool and the other with a deep end. there was live music in the green outside the balcony each night; it wrapped up at 9:30. After that, it was quiet. Seacrest Beach is right next to Rosemary Beach, less than 5 minute walk. It is also very close to Alys Beach, a 10 minute walk. The beach entrance we were authorized to use (with a provided wristband) was a 8 minute walk away, or there was a tram every 20 minutes or so. if you’ve done your research about this area, you will know the beach is highly restricted. There was a small area we were allowed to set up in, with a slightly larger area with chairs and umbrellas available to rent. if you are used to spreading out with multiple tents and a volleyball net and a line of chairs, this is not that. It’s pretty tightly packed, but we were able to find spots each day. Fortunately, the pool and condo and bikes and area is provided plenty else to do.

Amazing location!

This truly was the best! It was right in between Rosemary and Alys beach our, 2 favorite places. We biked everywhere and used our car a couple times but really didn’t need to. We enjoyed being right in front of the green space with live music. The kids loved the freedom to be able to ride their bikes and go in shops without us being right there(Ages 11,13,17) I highly recommend this place.

Spacious and a Great Location

This was a great condo, with a lot of elbow room. Our family of five fit perfectly. It is in a prime spot for enjoying walkable beach towns.

Location is great, but parking is horrible

We enjoyed our stay, we had a lot of restaurants to choose from, walkable to beach. The lack of parking will be what keeps me from renting here again. It’s not just this condo, it’s the whole building that will deal with this issue.When I booked I specifically asked if there was set parking for us and they said no, but that there was plenty and we would not have an issue finding parking. That is false, maybe during a non busy week it would be ok. My husband had to circle everyday we were there for a minimum for a half hour just to find parking. It was so bad the security guys noticed him and let him park in a loading zone and told him check back every hour to see if something had opened. The issue is that all the parking around is also open to those that are shopping and dining in the area as well as the renters of the village. So there is most certainly not enough to go around. The unit itself is nice, bed was very comfortable. It could use a little TLC with a few things. In the main bathroom there was a major tripping hazard that really needs to be addressed. The kitchen is well stocked, nicely decorated. It really is too bad that the parking is such a mess, if that was fixed it would be perfect!

This place was great! The location is excellent and everything from shuttles to beach access is fairly simple to figure out! Our kids loved walking around all the shops and having some independence on bikes - ages 17,13, 10. Would definitely recommend!
