If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a King bed and its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. It has a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony. (Please note, the living room & master bedroom's vertical blinds have been removed and updated with curtains.)

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options.

Literally wall to wall view. Nice layout with rooms at opposite ends. Free tickets a nice touch. We did mini golf and Dave and Busters! Microwave went belly up. We sent a message. Maintenance came very quickly and resolved. Great stay. Thank you!

Great getaway

I just wanted to do a short trip with my oldest pup and my one non negotiable is the place has to be ON the beach. Loved the view, place was clean and very nice. Close to many restaurants. There was a lot of construction taking place but didn’t really hear much in the condo itself. Thank you for letting me stay.

Quiet West End Getaway

The condo is in the quiet west end of Panama City. The location is fantastic, parking is plentiful, and the large wall of windows overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Spring Break

We had access to the beach, balcony right over the beach. The location was great because everything was right there. But owner in unit 504 has to do some upgrades.The best if change all old furniture. 1.Need change dining table( can buy used one in FB market place) to ugly.2.Change toilet bowl in second room.3. For building managers they need to do some cosmetic remodeling and repainting.

The property is in a great location. It was quiet and the grounds were kept clean. The condo itself could use a little updating, but definitely not a deal breaker. Housekeeping missed a couple things under the bed and couch from previous tenants. Great communication from owner! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location!

The condo was super clean. The owner was extremely responsive. It had all the basics. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The only negative was condo was rather outdated and in some disrepair.

You simply can't beat the view...floor to ceiling windows in every room showcase the beautiful ocean. Most beaches are packed with people, but the beach at the Seachase is so serene. This room is great for traveling adult couples. We each had a king size bed, our own bathroom, and plenty of closet space.

Great location....but......

Great location. However the unit itself is very, very dated and somewhat rundown. The shower diverter didn't work well; the kitchen cabinets are worn and don't close well and there is the old electric coil stove. The unit needs a serious upgrade.
