The elegant main house features 3 generous bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master upstairs emptys onto its own covered balcony overlooking the pool. There are a total of 2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom in the main home. The first floor of the home has a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area that opens up to a screened in porch complete with outdoor dining space overlooking the pool.
The expansive pool deck separates the main home from the guest cottage. The guest cottage actually has 2 separate living areas. The upstairs has a private staircase, that leads to an amazing, covered porch complete with swinging day bed and ample outdoor seating with views of the pool. This suite has a bedroom with a Queen bed and Full Bath.
The downstairs suite has a screened in porch overlooking the pool, and a bedroom with queen bed and twin bunk above. This suite also has a private bath, and even a full kitchenette and sofa in its living area.

The Main home details: The living room gathering area has plenty of seating to watch TV, movies or sporting events on the wall mounted flat screen TV or just converse over cocktails. The couch pulls out to a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. The living room opens up to a screened in covered patio overlooking the pool deck. The open concept gathering area gives way to the oversized newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dark granite counters. The kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, cookware, utensils and flatware. On the first floor you also find a king guest bedroom with attached bathroom and the laundry room.
The second floor offers 2 bedrooms. The queen guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and wall mounted flat screen TV. Down the hall is the sumptuous king master bedroom. It offers an oversized walk in closet with folding crib and highchair. The master bathroom has a glass shower, soaking tub, water closet, two separate vanities and makeup counter. The master bedroom even has a private covered porch with seating that overlooks the pool.
The third floor tower area offers a lookout balcony with a peek-a-boo ocean views and offers a convertible chair that converts to a twin bed for even more sleeping space.
