Salty Beach is a beautiful home within Panama City Beach, Florida that puts you close to the beach and area fun. This home boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and shares a pool with the home next door, Lazy Beach, also available through Southern Vacation Rentals. This home puts you less than 500 feet from the beach, making it easy to sink your toes into the sand.

The moment you step inside you’ll discover a bright and inviting environment sure to put you in a good mood. The living room includes comfortable couches, views of the shared pool and a Smart TV to stream your favorite programs. The dining area offers the perfect place to gather around for a meal or conversation together. The chef in your group will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Salty Beach offers sleeping arrangements for up to fourteen guests comfortably with four bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom offers Smart TVs with three of them including en suite bathrooms and King beds. The primary en suite bathroom also offers a double vanity, granite countertops, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub to help you relax.

This home features parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway with additional room for a smaller vehicle in the garage. You’ll also be able to enjoy partial Gulf views from the upper decks. This home offers a shared pool and fenced in yard with the house next door, Lazy Beach, which is also available for rent.
