Vacation vibes coming your way! Sable Pointe West 101 is a rental condo in Seacrest Beach that radiates peaceful serenity, making it the perfect vacation getaway. The condo has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a spacious great room, an outdoor balcony, and access to great amenities. Up to 13 guests can enjoy the comforts of this rental.

This first-floor unit has a columned veranda, which features an outdoor couch—perfect for relaxing in the beautiful Florida weather. Grab a refreshing cocktail or a tasty treat, then head back to the porch to enjoy the company of your fellow guests. Inside, sunlight streams through large windows and glass doors, brightening the large great room. Hardwood floors and coastal accents add to the beach chic style. The living room includes a white wraparound couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, two complementary armchairs, and a rustic wood credenza. Wood flooring flows from the living area to the dining room, which features a rustic table, six chairs, and doors that open onto the porch. The kitchen is an aspiring chef’s dream, boasting stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, ample cabinet space, and an angled island with stool seating.

The master suite is comfortable, featuring a king-size bed with a wood headboard, patterned rug, two chairs, and a flatscreen TV. It also has its own private bath, complete with a dual vanity and separate tub and shower. One guest bedroom has a king-size bed, patio access, and private bath. The remaining guest bedrooms share a full hall bath. One of these rooms includes two full beds, while the other has a full/twin bunk.

One additional perk of staying at Sable Pointe West is access to the enormous Seacrest Beach community swimming pool. Boasting 12,000 square feet, this pool is one of the largest in Northwest Florida. It’s the perfect place to lounge and take a refreshing dip. BBQ grills and picnic areas make it easy for vacationers to cook up a poolside meal. Aside from the pool, guests are also within close proximity to the gorgeous Gulf. Warm waters and sparkling sand are a beach lover’s paradise! After spending time at the pool and beach, head out to Scenic Highway 30A to explore the shops, restaurants, boutiques, and seasonal events.
