Welcome to Royal Palms Retreat!

Royal Palms Retreat is a home designed with a great vacation in mind! The house is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, directly across the street from a 'reserved beach' where no development is allowed. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30a.The house is a great family gathering place with a bright, open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Enjoy outdoor gathering spots including a front porch & a lovely back patio area with a charcoal grill on the 1st floor along with a large 2nd floor balcony. The house is pet-friendly as well. With 2,000+ square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to be together, have time apart & make great beach vacation memories. Enjoy the beautiful emerald waters of our pristine beaches just a quick 3-minute walk away or relax by the pool next to the house.

Sleeping 12, the 3 bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor, in addition to the family/living area, there is a spacious king bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a comfortable Queen Size memory Foam sleeper sofa in the family room. The spacious 2nd floor master suite has a sitting area and desk/work station. The large master bath has a double sink vanity, a separate spa/soaking tub and shower. There is a private balcony with a lovely beach view. The other 2nd floor bedroom is an over-size 'family suite' which has a king bed with 2 sets of bunk beds with a private, attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas' Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches. Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house. Nearby entertainment includes: Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World, The Hub 30A, Destin Commons, SanDestin Outlet Mall, and much more. There are 3 grocery stores nearby & an endless number of dining options in Panama City Beach, Rosemary and many great options along 30A.

*Maximum occupancy of this home is 12 guests.
*Designated parking is assigned for 4 moderately sized vehicles.
*Please note the is a non-smoking home.
*You must be 25 years of age of older to rent the house.
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
*Guests must agree to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
*Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage are not notified.

Amazing vacation home!

This home is very spacious and comfortable. We loved that the beach was just steps away. We also really appreciated all of the very comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked, and how wonderful that it's pet friendly! We hope to be back again!

Wonderful Place Close to the Beach

We are repeat visitors to the Royal Palms. The home is spacious and very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach. Royal Palms is pet friendly and we love having our pet family with us! The kitchen is well setup and we love to create our meals there. A very great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need for a great week. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great location. The beach was never busy and a short walk across the street. We had friends staying on the same street and a street over so our kids enjoyed meeting on the beach and walking to the donut shop and market. Thanks for a great week!

Five Star Fun in the Sun

Cute house in an excellent location close to the beach. Nice layout and well maintained with no issues. Nice, big pool to cool off in and you can grill and chill on the back deck. The beach is beautiful, the weather was great, and we enjoyed fresh made donuts and ice cream down the street. Will gladly visit again!

Lovely house and great beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked for our family. You can tell that the owners take pride in making it a nice vacation home. We really liked having the fenced in backyard area for our dog too. The beach is so close and it's probably the prettiest beach I've ever seen! This area of PCB had a lot for us to do and see. It was a great vacation.

Nice Beach House!!

We rented this house in July for our family of ten. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. They even had some beach items that we could use. The pool was also nice. Staff was great to work with. We would definitely rent again.

Five stars in paradise

We had the best week of our lives here! It's so close to the beach and the pool is also perfect for our little vacation. It's so close to a great collection of restaurants (highly recommend Thomas' Donuts for a morning pick-me-up)! There's nothing like waking up and seeing the ocean. We also loved the outdoor space and spent some time cooking up some fish and steak on the grill. We definitely will recommend this to other people and can't wait to return!

SO Close To The Beach!!!!!

Loved being so close to the beach, where you can go back and forth at your leisure. Forget something? No worries! Quick walk back. Need something at the store? No worries. EZ walk to the way cool local grocery store named 'Carousel'. The home is beautiful! Everything you need in the kitchen. Loved the upstairs balcony for night time sitting and morning coffee. Enjoy!!!!!

What a Great Stay!

Do yourself a favor; stop looking at other options and just rent the Royal Palms Retreat. First class all the way! Plenty of space, less than a 90 second walk to the beach, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Just outside PCB proper so it's nice and quiet on the beach but a short 2 mile drive if you want the nightlife of the "big" city. Highly recommended!

Perfect vacation home 200 steps from beach

What a beautiful home we had the pleasure of staying at during the winter holiday. The house was fixed up to be comfortable and inviting. It was such a relaxing environment. And location was the best! Seriously, only 200 steps to the beach! I counted. The beach was not crowded and the sand was so soft to the touch. Restaurants and fun activities were nearby. GREAT HOUSE & LOCATION!

This house just welcomes you with a warm, family feeling. It's literally across the street from the beach! And, the pool is right next to the inviting porch. (LOVE that palm tree that gives you a little shade!) You can walk to food stores, ice cream and sandwich shops and more. Everything you need is provided. The house is decorated beautifully- the owners must know how to make you feel welcomed! We were just there in September 2020. Can't wait to go back!

Very family friendly and accommodating! Just What I Needed

I love the location. It's the perfect distance from the beach. The accommodations are very attractive and comfortable. And who wouldn't love that giant kitchen? I hadn't been on vacation in a few years and it was just what I needed to decompress and relax. I hope I get to come back next year. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Theresa!
