Audrey’s Cottage is nestled in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Rosemary Beach boasts 3000 feet of pristine white sand beach with clear emerald water. From Audrey's Cottage all of Rosemary's 1/2 mile stretch of private beach can be used, and accessed by the nine beautiful dune walkovers.

Audrey's Cottage is a hidden gem, under the live oak trees of quiet East Kingston Park. You will be only steps from the world class shopping and dining of Rosemary Beach Town Center.

On its patio side, Audrey’s Cottage features its own private pool. The patio is lined with a private outdoor shower, sun chairs, outdoor living area, and built-in stainless steel natural gas grill.

From your park side porch, enjoy Rosemary's East Kingston Park with fountain. Audrey’s Cottage has your very own solid mahogany porch swing and cypress wood Adirondack chairs.

Entering from the Parkside, Audrey’s Cottage opens to a great room that encompasses a full kitchen, professionally decorated dining room and super comfy living area. The first floor also features a large laundry room, full bathroom, and Queen bedroom.

Ascending Audrey’s Cottage, windows light the stairwell to the 2nd floor, and a kids’ landing awaits. Outfitted with fun bean bags and cubby stand for gear and gaming accessories, a smart tv is ready for all of your portable gaming consoles.

Upstairs offers 3 separate bedrooms. 1st a kids bunk room with a bunk and a twin with trundle sleeps 4. Next, a king bedroom with sunlit western windows overlooking Audrey’s Cottage’s private pool. Both share a full bath with double vanities and full tub shower.

Lastly, our professionally decorated master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, full bath (shower only) and double vanities. Audrey’s Cottage master bedroom opens onto a private porch, for morning coffee or an afternoon book, overlooking the hidden treasure of East Kingston park, one of Rosemary Beach’s magical “Pocket Parks”.

Audrey’s Cottage is steps from St. Augustine Park, the location of wonderful in-season free concerts and entertainment. It is also a quick 5-minute walk to our white sand beaches and the fabulous shops and restaurants of the Rosemary Beach town center. And for the kids, Audrey's Cottage is a short bike ride to the new Attycat's Arcade in the 30Avenue Shopping Plaza.

Our home includes two private parking spaces. Additional on street parking is available.

Audrey's Cottage also includes 4 adult bicycles for you to explore Rosemary Beach, 30a and beyond.

*The pool can be heated November through March for $70.00 per day and April, May and October for $40.00 per day, paid separately. Contact us after booking. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance.

Absolutely, without a doubt the best vacation we’ve been on! The pool is so nice with some shade throughout the day - we hardly went to the beach! The house was very clean with the most comfortable bed and the hosts were so kind! They kept us updated as our trip got closer, left us a handwritten welcome note and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We’ve staying in many homes in Rosemary Beach and Audrey’s Cottage is our hands-down favorite. The neighborhood is fantastic - close to great restaurants, walkable, quiet and beautiful!We will absolutely be booking here again on our next trip back!

Quiet, comfortable stay for family trip

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of six (parents and adult children) and is dog friendly. It is in a quiet area and right outside the back door is an area to take your dogs out. It’s a close walk to all the shops at Rosemary Beach and to the beach. We had a great Thanksgiving week.

Audrey’s Cottage

This was such a wonderful property in such a beautiful area. The home was incredible and had everything six adults needed. The outdoor pool was great when it got too hot outside and the pool cooled us off. 10/10 would stay there again in a heartbeat plus the home was dog friendly.

Great Cottage

We loved our short stay we had here and will definitely come again. So nice to find a pet friendly property that is well maintained and inviting. Everybody we met was friendly and it's nice just to hang out on the front porch. Pool is just the correct size for the two of us.

This place is just as described. It is in a great location. There is plenty of room for multiple families. There is so much to do in Rosemary Beach. The bikes and the pool are a wonderful bonus. Owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with.

Awesome stay near the beach

We absolutely loved Audrey’s Cottage. It was the perfect size for 7 adults (which is hard to find). The owners were very gracious and accommodating. The house is decorated so well with all the comforts of home. It is close to all the shopping, eateries and beach. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We will be back!

4th of July visit

Great house! We have stayed at this location in the past and the pool was a fantastic addition. Hosts couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. Extremely comfortable beds and, unlike some properties we have stayed at in Rosemary, the AC was comfortable (fans also available which was an extra plus). Absolutely recommend Audrey’s Cottage.

Perfect trip

The location could not have been better. We drove in pretty late, as it was a very last minute trip. That being said, on spring break, I was surprised I was abel to score such an impressive home. It was a bit chilly, but we had our own pool, which we were able to have heated for an additional daily fee. When we woke up, we were blown away by our surroundings. It's literally like a movie set (I'm from LA). I just couldn't believe how adorable the house, the town, everything is. The home itself came with more than we needed. We even ended up not using 2 of the bedrooms because my 3 kids decided to share the bunk room. That was fun, as a mom, to see. The master bedroom was huge. We had an issue with the smoke alarm beeping, which was resolved quickly by management. They were very communicative before and during our stay. Easy and beautiful walk to the square and the beach. We would definitely stay again. I would note the property does not come with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, so you do need to bring your own or buy them. Not a big deal, but weve stayed in 30A a lot and this was the first place that didn't provide any of that.

The cottage was very clean comfortable and spacious. Everyone was comfortable. The ample parking was excellent. We enjoyed the kitchen and how it easily it functions, as well as the bedrooms each having access to a separate full bath. Location was excellent as well with easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. The four bikes were useful as well. Most importantly very quick response from the management Jennifer and Chris with any question about codes etc. We appreciated the cookies, too.

Excellent Communication

Excellent communication with property manager. There was fiber optic work being done near Rosemary Beach and large area was without internet. Property manager provided timely responses when asked for status. Would stay here again.

Great trip

Loved staying here. Great location, plenty of space. Had an issue getting the door code on arriving due to poor cell service in the area, and they immediately responded to that and any other questions. Loved the pool and pocket park.
