Great Carriage House

My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Close enough to walk to and from the beach and all the restaurants within Rosemary. Property was well stocked, clean and comfortable for our stay. Enjoyed having access to full size washer and dryer during our stay as well as 2 bikes. The only drawback is the bedroom being upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs, but we’re able to work around that. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall good value

The property is nice and as described. The carriage house was clean and perfect space for two. Easy access and since it's located North of 30A the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Main complaint is it only comes with one access pass to all pool and beach access gates which can be inconvenient.

All You Need for Happy Vacay

We enjoyed this comfortable, well-appointed rental. Close to everything (beach, stores, restaurants), but in a quiet area of the development. Having access to the bikes was a real bonus, as was the in-unit laundry Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. We used the cabana pool too one afternoon. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean! Cheryl was helpful too! Would highly recommend!

Nice place

Carriage house was great. Perfect for two people. Like other reviewers noted the bathroom on the first floor is less convenient but we knew that going in and it was not an issue. The town itself was not for us. Enough to do for a weekend but a whole week we got bored but mostly bc everything closed early and it was chilly in March. In the warmer months it would have been more enjoyable. Overall a clean place to stay. Walking distance to beach, pools and town.

50th B-day Celebration

We rented the cottage to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Needless to say, i wanted everything to be perfect. The cottage was exactly as advertised and everything i hoped it would be!! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the main area but far enough to have some quiet time. My wife loved the location, the cottage and the whole Rosemary Beach experience. The host's communication was excellent I highly recommend her!

Great getaway

On our way to the property, the host calls us to tell us we were being upgraded to the main house due to electrical issues. What a treat! Main house is beautiful which is plenty of house for the 2 of us. We accepted it as a surprise gift as we were celebrating my birthday during our stay. Ideally located to everything. Bikes came in handy to peruse around. Contacting the host was easy and an immediate response to the situation was resolved. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, clean and welcoming

The instructions described the lock box in a location other than where it actually was so it took a second to check in. Once inside, we were welcomed with two chilled champagne glasses in the fridge with a mini bottle of brut rose. Thank you! A couple of other nice touches were complementary robes and a Britta pitcher of filtered water in the fridge. They also provide visitors with several supplies such as dish detergent, garbage bags, quality paper towels, and extra TP, items you don’t always get! We did have unexpected visitors at two different points. They were told there wouldn’t be renters. It wasn’t a problem but I’m just glad we saw them at the lock box before they entered the space! Could’ve been more startling if not. Being above the garage belonging to the renters of the main house can be loud on occasion but luckily no one was staying there half the time. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable, clean, and welcoming place!

Little Cottage

Quaint town. Cottage in great location to walk or bike anyway in town. Had a few hiccups upon stay but were quickly taken care of. Great place for two adults.

21 Dill Lane Rosemary Beach Cottage
