Excellent stay at Rosemary Beach!

Jerry and his wife have a beautiful property with great amenities. The location is excellent and they were very kind and accommodating hosts. Our kids enjoyed all of what rosemary beach had to offer. Great stay, great host!

2 day trip to rosemary beach

My fiancé and I stayed here with our dog and it was a beautiful property with easy access to shops and restaurants. Very clean and such a cute relaxing beach house.

Great stay & Great Host!

Jerry our host was amazing, easy going and available if needed. The carriage house was neat, comfy and at a great location, we could walk to the beach, to the restaurants and store. This was our first time in the area, would highly recommend it.

Perfect pet friendly stay

Rosemary Beach is the perfect getaway for my husband, myself and our dog. Extremely easy check in. The property description is accurate, very clean and well kept. Easy walk to beach and town center. Bed was comfortable, nice linens and loads of hot water for showers. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the carriage house in Rosemary Beach. Everything was just as described, and the house was clean. The location was beautiful and fantastic- we were able to walk everywhere (or bike). Jerry, the property owner and manager, was so very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this property to anyone, and I have actually already recommended it to a friend!

1st trip to Rosemary Beach

We loved our week at Rosemary Beach! The carriage house was a perfect place for us to stay as we could walk to the beach everyday. We only moved our car once the whole time we were there. Jerry was a wonderful host and the house was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again if we come back to rosemary beach in the future.

Charming carriage house

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. House had everything we needed. it was right near two of the pools and just a short walk to the beach and Rosemary restaurants. Jerry, the owner was fantastic. Extremely responsive-went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this and we would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!

This was our 6th year in a row to 30A. We decided to give up certain comforts to be closer to action. This place didn’t disappoint or feel like a sacrifice. Easy bike ride into the square and the beach.

Cute house - perfect location!

This carriage house was perfect for our family's fall break getaway. Our host was very pleasant and communicated with us quickly. We had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. We could walk everywhere and other restaurants and the grocery were a short drive away. It was about a 5 minute walk into the square and another 5 minutes tot he beach - which was stunning as usual! Thank you to our host, Jerry, for the use of the Carriage House.

Great layout for a carriage house. Lots of room for our family of four and our dog. Perfect for us!

Great layout with plenty of room. (2 full bathrooms!) Jerry was super responsive and easy to work with. The carriage house was nestled in a quieter part of RB (a plus for us) and had easy access to the beach via boardwalks, pools and green spaces. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait until we return.

Vacation

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two girls ages 5 and 9. Love how the house was tucked back from the street and access to the beautiful backyard with lights and fire pit. Bikes were great and a short ride to the beach and pool. The house was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for us. We will be back very soon, it was a great stay!!

Fantastic stay!

Jerry’s carriage house is a spacious, well-appointed and comfortable home, and he is a superb host. Exactly as described, the carriage house was a perfect Rosemary Beach getaway. We were even pleasantly surprised to find that he had recently installed a new hot tub just for the carriage house, visually separate from the hot tub for the main house. The outdoor space also includes separate seating area and grill for the carriage house. Jerry was an accessible but unobtrusive host, and super to talk with! We can’t wait to go back!

Great property and owners

We've stayed at many properties in Rosemary Beach, and we really enjoyed this carriage house. The layout was great - very roomy, and two bathrooms were a definite plus. Our family of 3 had plenty of space to spread out and although the property is towards the back of RB, we enjoyed the walk through town to the beach each day. It was also a great added benefit to be able to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, but Jerry was great about communicating with us about our trip. He and his wife were at the main house when we arrived and were super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and the owners! We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect for a Couple or Young Family!

This was the perfect space for my husband and I, our 2 year old and 2 month old! It feels more like a cottage than a typical carriage house and the space is extremely functional! We all had our own areas to sleep — the bunk room is sound proof and the master closet is the perfect size for a pack n play. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The kitchen with breakfast bar gave us plenty of room to cook and eat. The outdoor shower and washer/dryer were great bonuses too!! Location was perfectly in between town, the Cabana pool, beach and fitness center. Just a quick walk to each!! Finally, Jerry was super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!!

Rosemary Love

We had the best time. The owners, Jerry and Josephine, were pure gold. The house was the perfect size for 4 kiddos and my husband and I. The swimming pools were gorgeous. The kids loved watching the magic show at the amphitheater. We rode bikes to the beach each day. The kiddos loved riding in the baskets in the back of the bike. The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you can need. The best part of the whole trip was meeting the owners. Jerry and Josephine were helpful and kind. We loved them and their grandkiddos! My daughter and their granddaughter hit it off and spent everyday playing. We came in strangers and left friends. We will never stay anywhere else. ❤️ Book now! You won’t regret it.

Cute carriage house

Jerry was prompt with all communication and request. There was a fair number of broken down bikes and clutter outside and behind the carriage house that detracted from its charm. The house itself is well appointed and extremely functional. It's located at the back for Rosemary and backs up to Hwy98, so if you're a light sleeper, it can get noisy. I would recommend bringing a sound machine or fan to help drown out the highway noise. We always love the Rosemary Beach area and all its amenities. Our family (4 siblings and relatives) are planning a family reunion/vacation next year and Rosemary is very high on our list of places to stay.
