The condo was very clean upon arrival. The layout of this condo is perfect. Everyone has their own space and the bathrooms separate the bedrooms for additional privacy! The kitchen was stocked with great cooking needs (nice pots, pans, utensils, etc). The bathrooms were very clean, quality toilet paper, and more towels than guests which is a big plus in my book. The beds were comfortable and closets had extra pillows and linens, if needed. The furniture seemed like good quality for a rental property which was great. The common areas (den and dining room) were huge with a big dining room table and plenty of den seating. The balcony was my favorite part! They had a nice dining table and seating with coffee table. All was very comfortable and quality made. The host was responsive, polite, and a pleasure to work with. The elevators were working and very fast! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely best rental

This was by far the easiest rental I’ve ever had. Easy check in and check out. Very spacious, clean, plenty of amenities! We had an issue with the washer and Mitch responded within minutes and had maintenance over within the hour! Talk about excellent service! Having free chair rentals with our stay just made it even better! The spacious balcony was amazing and the views were gorgeous! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is stress free and enjoyable! We will definitely book here again!

This condo is a DREAM!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice. A great value for the money we spent. Everything was exactly as described and clean. Kitchen was well- stocked . The balcony was huge and had plenty of seating, including a table with 6 chairs, which was perfect for our group. The gulf views were amazing!!! Washer and dryer was so convenient! We used Walmart delivery for groceries and it worked out great. We utilized the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were included with our rental. Check in and out process was so easy and the communication between us and Warren Rentals was awesome. The condo was in a great location and it was easy to get to wherever we wanted. We honestly couldn’t have been happier. We are already planning our trip for next year and plan to stay in this beautiful and well-maintained condo again.

Family Vacation with kids and grandkids

Condo needs to be deep cleaned, washer needs to have the mold removed from the front load washer it was very nasty and I cringed every time we used it..The parking is terrible we had 2 vehicles that had to be parked on the city lot and that is $84 Saturday to Saturday. The condo is only equipped to sleep 8 there are 2 king beds, 1 Queen bed that the mattress sinks to the middle and sits very low to the floor very uncomfortable, the other room has 2 twin beds there is no pull out or other bed options. Now the balcony is absolutely fantastic! The beaches were beautiful we enjoyed being in the city and in the beaches! Nothing is perfect however guests need to have the true cost of the extra parking disclosed and the condo should have been very clean and was not. We will not choose OceanRitz again for these reasons..

Disappointed

This condo needs updating and needs to be deep cleaned. The complex itself is weird and parking and loading/unloading is difficult. We had 8 people, but only 1 parking space. Overflow parking was full the first day, so they had to park in a city lot at the cost of $12/day. Fortunately, spots in the overflow lot across the street were available on the second day. One of the TV’s was totally dead. Remotes need to be marked for which room they go to. And the absolutely grossest thing was the washing machine that was covered in mold and stunk terribly! A front loader washer needs to have the door kept open when not in use to avoid mold. There may be away to clean the machine to get rid of the mold, but probably best to totally replace the machine and put a sign on the door for guests to leave it open when not in use. The balcony was lovely, and the views, pool, and beach were great. I would not recommend this unit or building.

Great condo - huge balcony!

Lovely condo, spacious, good location. Communicatuon with property company only by text and each reply seems to go to different person- alrhough all said "Mitch". So not great. Paid parking for only 1 car. Condo itself- awsome! Pool and beach not roo crowded.

Great Time!

We had a family trip and our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The booking process was simple and straightforward. We really enjoyed being able to wake up and see the water every morning right from our rooms. The balcony is huge and it has plenty of seating for all and the views are amazing. Parking: The main parking spot is only good for a smaller vehicle, but there is an overflow parking spot across the street for larger vehicles. We did not have any issues with parking our truck in the overflow spot. Any extra vehicles must park in the public parking right behind the overflow parking for an additional cost. Overall, we had a great time. Highly recommend and we will be back!

WOW.. what an incredible condo.

We loved this unit. It was clean and well kept. The rooms were all well appointed and comfortable. We spent most of our trip on the balcony. Its really something else. Thanks to the Warren Beach Rentals staff for being so accommodating, we will be back.

Condo was great. As described. Beach was gorgeous! Pool was average and fitness room was a disappointment. Owner quickly responded to questions and was very helpful. Parking garage is a nightmare and only one working elevator in entire building was terrible.

Black feet

Condo itself was nice, great location and looked just like the pictures, but it was dirty. Our feet and socks were black from walking on the floors, popcorn under the beds when we arrived. Stains on the one bedsheets. If they got a better cleaning company it would be a good place to stay. Parking spot in garage was very tight to get in and out of so it made it that you didn’t want to leave the condo. We parked in overflow lot across the street.
