This is an immaculate 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom beach front condo at Tidewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is the largest of the two bedroom floor plans offered at Tidewater . This unit is located on the 22nd floor. The condo features a large kitchen and living area with beautiful beach views and access to a generous beach front balcony. Wake up In the morning with a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of America from your huge master bedroom. Condo sleeps eight comfortably with double full beds and a sleeper sofa. Tidewater Beach Resort offers one of the best locations in town with close proximity to Pier Park Shopping Development, Frank Brown Park and the Panama City Beach International Airport (ECP)! Amenities including 2 outdoor gulf front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, game rooms, 1 restaurant, a convenience store, a huge beach front fitness center, movie theater, 4 hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, conference room, covered parking, a computer lounge, and a game room.
There is a $54.04 resort fee you will pay directly to the resort at www.tidewaterhoa.com or at your arrival at their front desk located on the 2nd floor.

Great/ Convenient condo

We stayed at the condo for the Ironman. The location was so close to everything we needed. It was perfect for our weekend and could see how it would be fantastic for a beach vacation.

Absolutely Perfect!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location for our vacation this year! The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay! We were very comfortable there! Communication with the owner was fantastic. We will be back!

Great stay

Had a great time. This was our 3rd trip to PCB and by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly and if we had any complaints it would be that the elevators were terrible, especially around the check in/ check out times.

Family spring break

The condo was cozy, clean, and big enough for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. In walking distance to most everything. It was the perfect place to get out of the snow for 5 days. Beautiful view. Marcos pizza right across the street which is delicious, and a short walk to the oyster bar which me and my other half enjoyed without the kids. We got Walmart delivery for groceries so we didn’t have to encounter the store. Highly recommend.

Great view

No complaints with the condo. Owners answered quickly when I emailed them about setting the smart thermostat. The elevators at the complex are extremely slow and 2 were out of service while we were there.

So much stuff to do without even leaving the hotel. Movie theater, huge workout room, spa, indoor and of course outdoor swimming pools. I really appreciated the extra touches of this room. They had beach toys and even cooking spices. You rarely get more than salt and pepper if anything at other sites.

Everything went according to plan. Our host was extremely helpful and communication was top notch. The condo was large and clean. The view was magnificent however, the elevators at the condo were slow. Overall great week enjoying the beach, which were only footsteps away.

What an AMAZING Stay!

We originally came on Sept 23rd and stayed up until October 5th and when I tell you our stay in the condo was phenomenal, it truly was! We enjoyed all the amenities that came with the stay, a full size kitchen, Landry Area, Living Room a Full Dining Table as well as the Two Bedrooms which made the stay perfection. Also the Balcony View of the Beach, what an amazing sight! It was close to tons of hotspots in Panama City and on the Beach which we loved! Due to the Hurricane, we ended up staying another week and contacting the Whiten Family for anything was a Breeze! We definitely will be returning in the near future!!!!!

Beautiful Condo Right on the Gulf

We were very happy with our accommodations at the 22nd floor, gulf-view condo at Tidewater. It was a perfect home-base to enjoy all that PCB has to offer. We had one issue but the owner quickly rectified it (to our satisfaction) and we had no problems reaching her when needed. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere including Pier Park (though it was a bit of a hike but we enjoyed it). You won’t regret renting this condo for your next beach trip.

Nice place

Other than the refrigerator acting up, The place was clean and met our needs. There were plenty of linens and cookware. The property manager was very responsive. They had someone out there to check the refrigerator ASAP. You do have to register and pay the resort fee more than 24 hours or they charge you more money. I didn’t understand that part and owed another 10. That was frustrating. Overall the stay was as expected.

Excellent Condo with Amazing Views

The condo was great. It was spacious and clean, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The views are great, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Beds were comfortable as well! As far as the property, the elevators are extremely slow (during peak times be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for one). The pools could honestly be cleaned better daily. But we loved the proximity to the ocean, and it’s just far enough away from Pier Park that it’s peaceful.

Beautiful View

From the 22nd floor the view is amazing. The owner has kept the unit in good condition and spotless. Also, any type of pot or pan was there with cooking spices and coffee filters. All beach apparatus, including sand toys, table games, etc, for a family. One note, have patience with the elevator, has nothing to do with owner or unit, but the elevators are slow.

Nice room but the elevator situation is atrocious

This condo was lovely and everything was as described. The beach and gulf are beautiful. This unit is in a very large complex and the elevators are terrible. One completely did not work. The other 5 were not enough for this many people and this large of a complex. As long as you are good with waiting a long time and maybe experiencing turbulence in the elevator then this rental is a wonderful choice.

Master bedroom view is breathtaking!

My husband and our two small children stayed here for 4 nights. I was so impressed. This was honestly the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been coming to PCB since I was a child. The condo is so well kept and feels like a home away from home. The owner is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The beach toys, bag, and chairs were such a nice touch. My babies made precious memories sitting in the sand playing with the toys. The master bedroom was a view that is unreal. This is the first time in a long time that we went on vacation and I wanted to cry on the last day. It was so perfect, I didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this property. The only issue was with the elevators. Just be aware of peak usage times and you will be just fine. Thank you to the Whiten family for sharing your condo with us!

Book this place NOW you won’t regret it!!

If I could give this unit a million likes I sure would. The pictures do not do it justice. Our family has been coming to PCB for over 20+ yrs and we have stayed in a lot of places -including most of the popular resorts and this one is our new favorite…hands down. Let me add a few major reasons- 1. Location is amazing. Close to attractions and restaurants. 2. Our family felt very safe and there is a lot of amenities within the resort as well to enjoy. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the “Roman spa” and my son the gym. As well as all pools. 3. The unit is beautiful, well equipped, and the master bedroom bed is oh so comfy! This place had the very best views that we have ever seen. Breathtaking to say the least. Watching the stingrays every morning was a highlight. 4. The owner really has put in every effort for guest to feel “home away from home.” We enjoyed board games, books are there for beach days, there is fully stocked kitchen items and extra towels and toilet paper for the bathrooms. They even provided beach chairs for 4, an umbrella, and beach toys. 10/10 in my book. This place is a rarity really. 5. Book now. Seriously. The owner even had everything well organized and had amazing communication. I hope this helps :)
