  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and we pretty much had everything that we needed. Loved waking up each morning to the view of the gulf. Even though the temperatures were cool, the sunshine on the balcony was always warm. We sat out there a lot.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed the property very very clean. The condo itself was excellent. Top floor can’t beat. It could use a new couch, but the bed was super comfortable in that shower was to die for.

Condo was amazing owners very professional , Pros . Location, view, condo is very nice Cons. The front door needs to be updated to keyless, dryer door is about to fall off , the hot water heater isn't Sufficient enough to fill the tub up so the tub is good for showers only .

Perfect Location and View

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo met all our needs. The bed was a dream, so comfortable. The appliances were all on the newer side and very clean. The location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants and golf courses. The property is well maintained and guarded 24/7. The best of all is the beach! It is amazing!! Miles and miles of white powdery sand. We enjoyed it immensely as well as the perfect view from the balcony, nothing but sea, waves, white sand and breathtaking sunsets!! Thank you Bill and Ingrid for an amazing stay!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO ON THE 14TH FLOOR

I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! I love the view from the 14th floor, the high ceilings, and the privacy. The bed was comfortable and I had everything that I needed. As usual, Bill Pederson was so nice and helpful to communicate with. I will be back as soon as possible.

Amazing Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Long Beach! Although the complex itself is a little run down, the condo leaves NOTHING to be desired. Bill and Ingrid were great throughout the whole process and our condo was so beautiful. This part of the beach is far less crowded, with convenient walking distance to Pineapple Willys, and convenient distance to literally everything we wanted! We would 100% stay again!

The place was beautiful!! Very clean. Gorgeous views from living room and bedroom. The balcony was huge with very comfortable outdoor furniture, very convenient to everything. Beautiful Penthouse

We book this Penthouse as often as we can. Gorgeous views, perfect location and the elevators are the best at long beach (if you stay at LB you understand). If you are hesitant to book don't be, just book it! Normally the top floors are pretty hot but this place has the best AC. I was actually cold at night which was wonderful.

Very nice condo

Beautiful condo and perfect size for two people. We had one issue with the thermostat and after sending Bill a text he immediately called and we were able to resolve the problem. The condo was as described. We loved sitting on the balcony and were able to see dolphins a couple different days. An upgrade of drapes in the living area and bedroom would be nice as they needed a good cleaning. I did go buy a single serve coffee maker to use because the one provided smelled very musty and I wiped mildew out of it. The shower had wonderful water pressure and made for very quick showers. The bed was also comfortable. I would definitely stay in the condo again.
