Pelican Walk UNIT 908 is a completely remodeled 3 bedroom - 2 bath condo located BEACH FRONT right on the Gulf! Included is FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach, as a THANK YOU for booking 908!

*Pets Considered - Only non-shedding, fully house-trained, small dogs allowed.
- Guests must have pet occupancy approved prior to or at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be considered and added to the reservation.
Pelican Walk Pet Policy:
- 20lbs or under per dog
- Pet fee $150/per dog
- 2 dog maximum per condo

Completely updated in 2024! All NEW furniture & décor! Unit 908 is a 1650 square foot west facing corner unit that sleeps up to 8 guests. The large wrap-around balcony is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf!

The kitchen, dining, and living room areas all overlook the beautiful Gulf and offer spectacular sunset views! The updated kitchen has granite counter tops, NEW stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for your family. Plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar.

Pelican Walk 908 features three bedrooms. The Gulf front master bedroom has a KING size bed with an amazing ocean view and balcony access. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed and Twin bunk bed. *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk. There are 2 full size bathrooms with custom tile showers, and a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area! Also, available is a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. You will not be disappointed!!! Free parking! Free Wi-Fi!

Should you need anything during your stay, just visit or call the office. The Pelican Walk staff is located on-site and are dedicated to making your vacation top notch!
