Pelican Walk 801 is perfect for a families who want to stay Beach Front and you can even bring your small pets! NEW Sofa Sleeper & Love seat added October 2024! Enjoy watching the NEW 85” TV in living area. Great for Sports fans & movie enthusiasts! The condo Sleeps 8-10 guests. *Available upon request are baby gear items: pack-n-play, high chair, and infant bath.

The beautifully remodeled open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide breathtaking views of the Gulf! Walk right out to the newly resurfaced, spacious wrap-around balcony, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the east side pool. The Gulf front balcony offers plenty of seating for the whole family!

You will love the full equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter-tops, breakfast bar, and upscale appliances. Make a single cup of coffee in the Keurig or a pot of coffee and take in the STUNNING view of the morning rising sun!

The master bedroom features a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with a private balcony. The master bedroom and bedroom #2 share an adjoining spacious Jack and Jill bathroom featuring an over sized custom tile shower and a double vanity sink. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and a twin trundle bed with an adjoining full bath. *Unit 801 sleeps 8 - 10 guests.

Pelican Walk is a FAMILY oriented complex and is close to all that PCB has to offer; St. Andrew’s State Park, Captain Anderson’s, Hershey’s Beach Ice Cream Shop, numerous restaurant's, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities; FREE Internet WiFi, FREE parking, private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grilling areas, and more! Pelican Walk has dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo, with a 20 pound weight limit per dog. Weight limit waived for Service animals! All animals must be approved and added to reservation prior to arrival. Pets must be well behaved and housebroken. At check-in, dog’s will be issued a Pelican Walk pet pass - leash sleeve. *Pet fee is $150 per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.

Great Rental for Entire Family including Fur-babies

Great View and Location

We picked this condo for the view - it was available during spring break last minute and dog friendly. The view did not disappoint. Condo was as pictured with some broken drawers, cabinets, etc and when I alerted Property Mgr at check-in just so there were no issues as check-out I didn’t receive the courtesy of a response; which I found not only rude but odd considering the mgmt fees on this rental. Other than that - no issues - I’m not hard to please. I go to the beach for the beach and everything else just is.

Post Holiday Getaway to Panama City Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had originally scheduled a Thanksgiving getaway and had some issues complicate our plans. AM was kind enough to let us move our reservation to the week between Christmas and the New Year. Room was clean, beds comfy. 801 has a wonderful East view overlooking the beach. Room 801 was nice, could suggest better seating in the living area. For a 3 BR place that sleeps 6-8 there was a smaller college dorm type sectional, a bench, and some older style chairs. Upgraded Seating (larger couches) would make this room perfect. Pelican Walk had a Water Main burst, so we were without water for most of the day but the construction crew worked on it all day and got water flow back by evening. PW was also renovating the Hot Tub area, which should be nice moving forward. Pelican Walk and AM was a nice stay and we look forward to coming back again.
