Seaside Sanctuary is one of the best Townhouse units located inside Gulf Highlands Resort This is a gated community with 11 pools (5 heated seasonally), putt putt course, fitness center, shuffle board and tennis courts. Your a short stroll to the private Club House that features a Beach Side Pool for Gulf Highlands guests only. Or you can dig your toes into the silky sand as you make your way to the emerald waters of the Panama City Beaches. Near by are several restaurants, shopping centers, bowling/arcade/roller rink complex, and your 4.5 miles to Pier Park. Its a dream destination for adulting or families. Did I mention all the room this gorgeous townhouse has. Enjoy cooking in the large modern kitchen. The living room is fitted with two new couches and there is a good size dining area. You will also have access to the powder room off the living area. Not one but two master bedrooms! There is a master sweet downstairs as well as upstairs. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. The Gulfside Sanctuary is for enjoying loved ones as you explore the Gulf of Mexico.
