Not for us
This studio is located in a high-rise condo complex that was not well taken care of. The room wasn’t clean and many things were missing or broken. The sofa bed didn’t work, so we had to pile more into the big bed. There was one fork in the kitchen and some stated amenities were missing. The game room machines were broken, so we couldn’t play on a rainy day.
I did leave after one night, and the property manager kindly refunded my money for the nights we did not stay.
The private beach access gate was broken, so anyone could use that gate. The chairs at the pool were broken as well with many of the plastic straps missing.
This is probably fine for students on spring break, but not a family.
