5 Star Excellent Stay

Awesome location. We drove down to Pier Park and quickly realized how thankful we were to be stay where we were. Yes it got crowded but it was not near as crowded as that end. It was fall break so there were quite a bit of people yet when you are in the condo you hear nothing. It was clean, easy to get to from the parking garage, and to get down to the beach.

Good Condo

The space was clean, and had everything you need for a vacation stay, but the condo did not actually have a sleeper sofa. So if you plan on using sleeper-just know it’s not there. LTW boasts five pools-but there were only three available. The 10th floor hot tub jets were not working. Unfortunately, we went after most of the shops had closed for the season at the LTW. Overall the actual condo was great-just the amenities were lacking.

This would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for the property elevator situation. Multiple instances some of the cars were down and during busy intervals you might be waiting 20+ minutes to get into an elevator up or down. This cost precious time during your vacation that would otherwise be spent at the beach, restaurant, pool, etc. Also, this specific unit did not come with enough essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, food seasoning, etc. to get us started. We had to purchase all of those things to get us through a week long stay. There was also no extra linens or beach towels & beach equipment. The unit was nice and well cleaned/kept, but gets 4 stars instead of 5 for the aforementioned reasons. We would probably stay somewhere right on the beach next time, but this was good as a budget beater.
