Beautiful One Bedroom Ocean Front Condo with a Free Beach Chair/Umbrella set up!

Relax in my beautiful 6th floor one bedroom/one bath ocean front condo. The beach and ocean front views are simply amazing, and the Sunbird has many amenities. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Enjoy sunsets over the ocean right from the balcony. Walk next door to Pineapple Willy's. My unit has been totally renovated and is tastefully decorated.

NOTE: This unit can legally sleep 5 but only 3 adults comfortably, as is. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a regular sofa (not a pull-out sleeper) in the living room. You are welcome to bring a blowup mattress.
** No pets, no smoking, 5 guests max and someone must be 25 or older.

Two canvas beach chairs with umbrella are provided free and set up on the beach (March 1 - Nov 1).

Fees you pay via the Park N Spot app:
Parking Pass: $35
Wrist bands: $6 required for everyone 10 and older

The Sunbird is located in the middle of the beach and so, is convenient to everything. All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring a beach towel and your tooth brush!

Onsite there are 3 pools (1 heated), a tennis/pickle ball court, shuffleboard and a fitness center.

There is no washer/dryer in the unit. However, there is a coin/card/app operated laundromat on the first floor of each tower.

Always Enjoy Stay in PCB

We have stayed in this condo multiple times while in PCB and it is always great for our time there. Place is always clean, has a nice folder provided by the owner with suggested restaurant faves to visit, and is in a convenient location to gas stations and Walmart if you forget anything! Check-in process is super simple and Stan always provides any needed information well in advance. Highly recommend!

Condo was perfectly fine- although a little small. No washer and dryer and a queen size bed would be my two biggest complaints but I knew that going in. Right in the middle of the action. Communication with owner was good.

We love this property. We have stayed here before and decided to come back this year. We really like the location because it so much calmer than down near pier park. It is just a more quiet area and peaceful. The only issue we had was the shower which needs to be fixed. The faucet needs to be replaced. Other than that we love it.

As soon as you open the door to the unit, you see the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The unit was so cute and comfortable! Stan is so easy to book with and responds promptly to any questions you may have. Everything you could need is provided with exceptions to personal items! I gave the property 4 stars only bc there are renovations still going on, which was expected. I highly recommend booking with Stan! Can’t wait to return!

Condo was cutely decorated and well equipped for cooking meals. Room could have been cleaner. Floors felt like they had sand on them and patio was sandy. Dusty under bed and couch. I wiped the tables off and found dust and film so they could have done a better job for you cleaning. would consider renting again. Ocean views were great too.

Great Property in Great Location

This is our second time staying in this condo and every time has been nothing short of a great experience. It is always nice and clean and even includes a book with suggestions on dinner and attractions in the area. The property owner is easy to get in touch with when needed. The condo is in a great location and is an easy walking distance to many places. I only rate down a little on the check-in process because the previous time we stayed, the office was open until 5 on Saturdays but is now closed on the weekends and we weren’t aware of that. It made the check-in process a little more timely since we had to do it with the gate keeper. Overall a great experience and will definitely be returning!

Great Location

We've visited PCB for over 25 years and usually stay further down the strip near St. Andrews State Park. We chose this unit due to proximity to more activities. The location was perfect. The unit itself was very nice, perfect for us (older couple). Everything we needed was in the unit. We stayed in November, so we didn't use any on site property amenities. We would definitely rent this unit again.
