  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Very comfortable Stay

This property is exactly the same as described. Very clean and nicely maintained. Excellent location, very close to the convenience stores and restaurants. Perfect time on the beach. Owner goes above and beyond and very easily accessible.

We had a great time!

The condo was perfect for spring break with our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. The beach towels available was also nice to have. The incredible ocean view and private terrace was our favorite part. The beach is beautiful and the sand was perfectly white.

Everything was great.

This condo was absolutely perfect! The beach view was stunning, and the space was beautifully decorated and super clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she truly cares about her guests! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Perfect ocean view

We had a short trip stay with family. Cynthia was great and very communicative. I really appreciate her taking time to make a phone call to introduce herself when booking this room.The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. Everything was wonderful during our stay here. Super cute condo and it was very clean!! It was an easy check in and check out process. Cynthia stayed in touch to see if she could do anything to make our stay even better, but it was not needed. Will definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Daughters beach birthday weekend

This property was perfect for my daughter’s birthday with a couple of her friends. It was clean, cute, and had The perfect amount of space for all of us to be in the condo comfortably. It had great amenities, such as an outdoor and indoor pool that were perfect for the kids to swim in. The beach was beautiful. The condo was clean and cozy and Cynthia was a tremendous help and was easy to reach with any questions at all times. would stay here again.

Pure Perfection!

Our daughters gifted my husband and I this trip for my 80th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was incredibly accommodating and helpful from the time of booking through check out. The property is immaculate and the view is exactly what any beach lover would want. It is also located near many great restaurants and actives although our favorite was simply walking on the beautiful beach down below. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We loved this condo

It was comfortable and decorated well. It has Florida vibes with a great view. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen for eating and drinking. The host was very nice and responded quickly to a few questions we had about the building amenities.

Amazing stay!

This condo was so nice, clean & tidy. The view was absolutely amazing! The balcony is my favorite place to be if I'm not on the beach. Cynthia was such a great host. March Break getaway

We had a great stay at our condo. Everything was as expected just a bit better. The check-in incl parking was super easy. Beach access was great and we enjoyed our stay. And yes, the view is really that great. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the sunset in the evening. Cynthia was attentive and checked in with us several times, incl offering tips for places to eat.

Spring break

It was really good. Wonderful location, easy to park and get to unit. View was amazing I would stay again. Loved having a full kitchen to make food and wake up to coffee and a sunrise. I am a stickler for cleanliness. The cleaning person had an emergency and when I got there, there were some things that were missed. I know things happen. . Otherwise all was a lovely place. My kids played some games that were there And enjoyed walking right out to the sand and beach!

PCB condo

Great condo. Great location. Cynthia was fantastic at communicating all details. I did have to re-register my vehicle for the parking garage (twice); or get towed...not sure what the issue was. Condo was beautifully decorated and pretty clean. My daughter and granddaughter's loved it. We would stay again and i may check out some of Cynthia's other condos.

Absolutely Perfect

Everything you could ask for and more from this property and from Cynthia. The communication from beginning to end was probably the best I have ever recieved. There was absolutely zero issues from check in to check out. The condo itsself was amazing. Perfect location and all the ammenities of the condo made it super convenient from the bar and grill for food and drink to the market to the market for quick items we forgot to pack to the numerous pools that were available when the beach was to windy to enjoy. I would highly reccommend this property to any and everyone looking for a nice and relaxing stay on the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach.
