About this property

Newly remodeled Gulf view condo, sleeps six!

  • Welcome to the beach! This 12th floor condo has been refreshed and is ready for your next beach vacation. The master offers a king size bed with private bathroom. The bunk room features a full-size bed has a barn door for privacy with access to the guest bath. Living room has a large sleeper sectional sofa. Condo will sleep six comfortably. Enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony (sunsets are the best!).

    Property has five pools (including a kiddie pool), hot tub, fitness center, putting green, shops and restaurants, a light/water show in the evenings. It is steps from the private access to the beach and is walkable to other restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

    Ample parking is available in the two parking garages. There are seven high speed elevators to serve you.
