Great PCB stay close to all the attractions

We have stayed at Aqua for many years and this unit was one of the nicer ones with enough room for the seven of us with a large balcony. Check in was easy and a text is sent to you the day of arrival with all the codes and contacts. Will stay here again, great time. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Family vacation

The condo was great and the pools were amazing. Walking distance to shop or dining. The owner was quick to respond to any of our concerns or problems. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo.

Nicest Beach Condo Ever!

The condo was beautiful and spacious! It was the perfect location for 17 year old boys. Lots of fun things to do and good places to eat nearby. The view from the condo was amazing. In the living room and dining room, there were floor to ceiling doors and windows (high ceilings too!), the view of the ocean was fabulous! The layout of the condo and its furnishings very good. The building is solidly built,…with very little outside noise. Parking across the street with a crossover to the building was very convenient and safe. I will try to rent Aqua 04032 during every visit we make to Panama City in the future!

Plenty of space for a large family!

We had a large family and there was plenty of space for us to be together and space to retreat when we needed space! Access to the beach was amazing as the kids bounced back and forth from the beach and pool. The kids loved doing karaoke across the street at Shuckums! We will definitely be back!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

The property is well laid out and located right on the beach. Plenty of room for up to 10 although we had 6. Ample room in pools, hot tubs and grills! Although this unit is privately owned, the on site management team at Aqua was happy to answer all questions. Highly recommend!

Family Fall Break Vacation

The condo being on the 4th floor was nice for less elevator travel. The view was still great. The pool and hot tub area were ok. It would have been nice to have a better snack/tiki bar. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

Wonderful location and the condo is beautiful. Our issue was with the communication, or I should say, lack of communication by the owner and the rental company. I had to ask about how we would gain access to the property and wasn’t answered until check in day. I had to continually ask about details of payment. I’d rent again just because of the condo itself and the location.

Great condo

It is as advertised. Very nice condo. Could use more bed pillows. Very clean. Great 4th floor view. Elevators a little slow but that goes with a 22 story building. I would recommend the Aqua to anyone looking for a PCB vacation.

We liked the location and our room was nice, the only thing I was disappointed in was that there was construction going on and one of the pools were closed so it was crowded BAD at the other pool,one day we had to stand and wait to ever get a chair from people holding them with towels. Overall it was it was nice but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was wonderful! the location can't be beat along with the check in and check out process. The only complaint we had was there a couple of cleanliness issues but minor overall. The washer being in the kitchen closet had mildew along the rim and with a smell. We cleaned it with what we had but it obviously isn't able to leave the washer door open as a front load washer should be. Aside from this though we were happy with the cleanliness and accomodation.

Great stay!

We had a great time at our stay at Aqua! The condo unit was so nice, clean and had everything you could ask for. When we arrived the dishwasher was not working and was flashing an error message. A quick phone call to the number that had been provided in an email, and a repairman was at our unit within 2 hours and had it fixed in no time. The only other minor issue is the shared bathroom water temperature only gets lukewarm water and it doesn’t last very long before it’s cold water. The condo is undergoing some renovations so the bigger pool area was closed and it wasn’t pretty looking due to the construction stuff all over, but we understand that routine maintenance must be done. Our overall stay was wonderful and we would rent this unit again! Great location to restaurants and activities close by.

The room has a large balcony with seating and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The unit was in need of a deep clean. There were crumbs all over the couches upon arrival which made me question how well it had been cleaned. I asked for some soap and Clorox wipes and they delivered them the next morning. That was much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels, sheets and pillows. There was an awful sewage smell coming from the master bathroom. It came and went throughout the week. We had to use towels to block the shower drain, keep the toilet chut and keep the sink stoppers up to keep the smell from being unbearable. The unit had nice furniture but could use some TLC…. Overall we loved the location and set up of the room….the security was a little overbearing. They left us a note to not keep our beach chairs in the doorway of our unit, and they are strict on the wristbands that you have to wear….

BUT...We were not made aware that the balconies on the east side of the building would be closed when we booked. We were not allowed on the balcony and were not able to see beach or ocean because of protective plastic. The pool area was noisy and dusty from all of the grinding. No window coverings in common areas, with no privacy from the workers. ECDI did not acknowledge several emails requesting partial credit for the inconvenience and noise. Slow response to a leaking toilet. Would have rented the unit again next year, but I didn’t want to rent from ECDI again.

Disappointed

My rating for this property is low due to the fact that the property was not advertised properly and was under construction when we arrived. The balcony and outdoor pool was under construction and therefore not accessible. This was not shared with us so when we arrived after driving for 20 hours from Canada we were very disappointed. There were two families (4 adults 5 kids) therefore using the balcony and the pool were expectations of the trip. I called customer support of Emerald Coast Property multiple times to get it resolved. They were able to relocate us down the beach to another location which was fabulous! We had a great vacation at that property and would highly recommend it. It's too bad this property seemed like a nice spot however with all the construction and limited access it did not make it ideal for our vacation. Really disappointing that it was not mentioned ahead of time so could have booked something that fit us better and we could have started off the vacation on a better foot. Grateful that they were able to accommodate us and move us to a better location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aqua has always been our choice of stay. From the location to the quality and cleanliness of the condos. Unfortunately this stay was different. Our condo was not up to par for the amount of money. Upon arrival the floors nor the tables had not been cleaned. Dish washer not working, front stove eye would not heat. Food crumbs in pots and in oven drawer and cabinet. Kitchen sink dirty with fruit flies coming out of drain. Rat hole in kitchen cabinet. If you are planning to cook, take your own pots and pans. The ones there are terrible. No water pressure in the master bath and a strong sewage smell coming out of the drains. Washing machine had mildew on the door and had to be cleaned before use. Compared to other rentals we have stayed in there this unit was by far a big disappointment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aqua is a nice facility( have stayed there three times prior). Rooom layout was nice but the master bathroom had a very strong sewer odor emitting from it. Our son and daughter-in-law got there before us and it smelled strong enough they thought the maid may have had an emergency evacuation while cleaning up.I called the number for maintenance and got a call back from the service stating it would be referred to maintenance the next day (Sunday). Nobody called or came out. Ever. We could mitigate it a little by keeping toilet lid down and all stoppers closed in the sink basins but still had to tolerate an odor all week. Beach chairs included with the room were screwed up by technology. We used to have the same chairs assigned for the whole week. Now they try to use some software on their phones and put us in different chairs every day. 3 out of 6 days they double booked us with other vacationers. Ridiculous. No curtains or blinds on the balcony doors of the great room. May not come back to the Aqua and difinitely will not book through ECDI.
