  • New Construction Completed 2/2/2022 10' Ceilings/8'doors 4Br/3.5Ba, Pool/Spa/Tanning Ledge, quartz countertops, 2 Master Bedrooms w/ in-suite baths, desk/chair areas in walk in closets (for guests who must conduct business on their vacay) & lots of room for everyone. This beauty is located 300 steps from Public Beach Access 95. Best of Both Worlds, located between Rosemary Beach & Pier Park. Walk to Grocery stores/CVS/Dunkin Donuts/Waffle House/Bayou Bill's. Expansive sugar sand beaches welcome you after you've had your morning refresher on the front porch or the beautiful back porch overlooking the crystal clear, blue water of the inground pool. (no crowds at house or beach) Come home for lunch, head back for the kaleidoscopic sunsets or choose to lounge at the pool/spa/tanning ledge. The year round residents do not frequent the beach here - peaceful - pure bliss.
