Del Sol is a lovely, newly renovated townhome located on the west end of Panama City Beach. On the first level, you will find beautiful views from the fully equipped kitchen and living area, a full bathroom and laundry room, and a phenomenal open deck! Prepare for amazing views on the large first floor deck. Just a few steps down the stairs, and your toes will be in the sand! The second floor has three bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the master bedroom's private balcony while you watch the waves roll in! This property is right across Front Beach Road from Sunsations - a souvenir shop - as well as an escape room, Pizza Hut, golf cart rentals, and Sugar Kingdom - a store full of candies, taffy, fudge, and specialty sweets!

Great location, right on the beach. Property was clean and check-in was easy. The ONLY issue was the fire alarm went off every time we used the toaster in the morning, even on the lowest setting.

What a great location! 5 minutes away from pier park! This place was wonderful! The location was quiet, the beach views were amazing, the beach was not crowded! Will def stay here again as this was one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed!

Perfect spot!

The location was exactly what I wanted. Close to the sites of PCB but away from the crazy! My kids and I had an amazing time. LOVE being able to walk off that gorgeous deck right to the beach!! Beds comfy. Very clean.

The place was cozy and clean. The deck was AMAZING! Was a perfect fit for the 5 of us. We had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

Rooms were clean. The master bedroom is hot even with the AC on 68 not sure why. The convience of being directly on the beach is great! Backyard deck is a nice size. The chairs that they provide are either broken or rusty so bring your own for the beach. I do wish they had a BBQ grill. You are right on top of the houses to the right & left so be aware of that. There is a hose to rinse off your feet, chairs etc. which is good to have. Location was near restaurants etc. Communication was AThey allowed us to check in early which was great! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Del Sol is a great property in a great location close to Pier Park, but far enough that the beach was not crowded at all! Recently renovated, so everything was clean and like new! Loved the very large deck and walkout direct access to beach! Perfect for families with young children! Highly recommend!

Walk out the back door and your on the beach!!

The best thing about this property is it's right on the beach what a treat that was! Not crowded with a lot of people we absolutely will rent this property again! Also very important, management with Sun Spot Realty was awesome and very attentive to questions we had. Can't wait till next year!

Nice view, but pricey for the condition of the place

The view and location on the beach were definitely among the main drivers to overpay for this stay. The other reason was being able to bring my dog with me. The whole row of condos are dog friendly, and everyone had large dogs with them which was great. However the condo was very very dated. I appreciated the clean showers, the clean white linens and towels, but the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes could certainly be better. A lot of furniture, doors and appliances were very dated. We also had a mouse or rat in the kitchen due to how old this place was that we noticed towards the end of our stay. It hid behind the dishwasher, thankfully with the dog it didn't really want to come out. Only at night when no one was using the kitchen. Other than that, the wifi and TV apps were great. The view was fantastic, so if you are not a neat ocd person, the place is nice family/friend vacation gig with amazing guld views and sunsets every night.
