Our breathtaking 30A home is located in a prime location in the sought after community of Prominence, located in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and across the street from everyone's favorite - The Big Chill! Spend your days soaking up the sun at our resort-style pools or white sand beaches (only a short golf cart or bike ride away). Spend your nights at the Big Chill watching sports, concerts, and enjoying some of the best food options in the 30A Area!

Our beach home is well suited for families, friend vacays, or couples.

Perfect for a Family-Friendly Vacation

We came with two grandparents and our toddler and had a fantastic time. The beds were cozy, the house was clean and had everything we could have needed, and the AC kept us cool during a heat wave. We loved the golf cart and community pool, and the community was very quiet and safe at night! We hope we can make a trip back again in the future!

We loved the location in Watersound being that it is right across the street from The Big Chill. The home is well maintained and everything was clean. We enjoyed riding around in the golf cart and taking bike rides to the pool and the beaches. Shannon was great to work with and provided us with all the information about the home and the area before our stay. I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10.

We had the best time!

We loved our stay at Royal Breeze! Shannon and Amy’s home is beautiful! The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The communication was excellent. The host was accommodating and always available if needed. The property is located across from The Hub, with many food options, shopping and daily activities. You can bike to Rosemary and Aly’s beach or take a short car (or golf cart) ride to Seaside. The public beach access is less than a mile away and the beach was not very crowded. The unit itself had everything you might need for a beach vacation (chairs, cooler, beach tent, beach toys), bicycles, golf cart, board games, and a well stocked kitchen. They really thought of everything!! The community pool was a great spot to end our day and the kids enjoyed some evening swimming. We had the best time and will definitely be back again!

AMAZING!

Our stay at Royal Breeze could not have been better. Everything we needed plus more! Beach Equipment , baby toys and pack n play, furnished kitchen and the golf cart was a hit with the kids. The home was beautiful and Shannon was an amazing host. Great communication and quick response! Will defiantly be back!
