New Listing-Golfcart, pool, kid friendly home on 30A beside Rosemary

Location, location, location! This home sits right behind the 30 Avenue shopping plaza walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach public beach access with parking. We are .6 of a mile from public beach access which is an easy 15 minute stroll or 3 minute car/golfcart ride. The house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have King beds. The 3rd bedroom has two double beds big enough for 2 to a bed; one of the beds in the 3 bedroom has railing which could be perfect for a young child but still accommodating to an adult. The house comes with a 6 seater golfcart and access to the community pool. The back yard is perfect for entertaining with a fire pit with 4 chairs, gas grill, covered 2 -seater lounging space and a 6 person patio table with umbrella. You'll love this quiet, family friendly neighborhood walking distance to great restaurants/bars, the beach and iconic Rosemary Beach.

The house is fully stocked with all amenities including starter soaps, lotions, detergents, kurig machine etc, coffee, teas and even pancake mix! We have toddler/baby friendly amenities such as a fold out Disney table/chair and a step stool for easy access to sinks etc, Pack and Play, stroller, high chair, baby bath tub, toys and other baby/kids items to make your travel to the beach easier and lighter. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler. Beach/Pool towels are NOT provided; please do NOT use house towels for the pool/beach; bring your own.

You will have full access to house/yard, with the exception of two locked closets, and full access to the community pool with a given gate code. Golf cart is complimentary as an extra bonus. Only 6 passengers can ride and must be buckled up. Refunds are not offered if for reasons beyond our control the golf cart is not working (which has not happened to any prior bookings under previous managment team). We will make every attempt to fix it before or during your stay if this rare occurrence happens. The golf cart must be driven by an adult 25+ years of age with proof of license and insurance. A waiver will need to be signed at least 7 days prior to arrival. If not signed in a timely manner no key will be supplied or a fee will be applied to bring you a key later. Please provide email after to booking so I may send waiver. Please sign and send back waiver with a copy of your license.

Parking on the street is not allowed in the neighborhood. You will have room to fit 2 cars in the driveway - the golfcart is always parked in garage. Additional parking can be found by the pool or in the 30A Shopping plaza.

No smoking, loud music or parties in home. Neighborhood quiet time 10P - 8A. No loud disturbances

You must be 25+ to rent the property and be present during the entire stay. You will be fined for any unreasonable damage to the property/golf cart or lack of adherence to house rules. A copy of your drivers license and insurance will be requested.
