All of these amenities are conveniently located on the fifth floor (the same floor as this unit), as well as vending machines!

This spacious condominium offers almost 1,600 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating that includes 2 recliners, a large television, and breathtaking views of the pool and gulf. Step onto the unit's private fenced deck where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also has great views, a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. - Parking: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $50 (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Additional Parking Passes may be purchased for an additional $50/each. A link to pay the Registration Fee and for any additional Parking Passes will be sent via email prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
