Cozy PCB Beach HOME~Walk Right 2 Beach & Pet Friendly!

Amazing centrally located place!! 5 min walk to the beach, 7 minutes from Walmart, 1 mile to frank brown park, 1 mile to Pier Park and just a 10 min drive to Rosemary/30A! Home features: fully loaded kitchen, gas grill, keyless entry, games/books, full coffee bar with complimentary coffee and creamer, fast wifi, Disney + and Netflix streaming on all tvs, washer/dryer, private parking. We are pet friendly with a MAXIMUM of 3 well trained pets for an additional pet fee which is required to be paid at booking. This house is 3 bedrooms/2 baths and can sleep up to 9 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) with a pull out twin sofa bed + another pull out twin under the bunk beds. This house can hold a maximum of 9 people per the fire departments safety guidelines.

Baseball tournament trip

We had 20 people staying in Panama City . It was great fun and nice times at family dinners. We appreciated the convience of the location of the cottage. It was very spacious.

Family Vacation w/dogs

Overall it was a great house! We were supposed to travel 7 of us and 4 pups but last minute it was only 5 adults and 2 puppies. We had plenty of room everything was cozy and welcoming. The water pressure in the shower was great! There were some minor cosmetic damages but nothing important rather normal wear. The beds were comfy. The puppies enjoyed the stay as well. We would definitely xonsider staying here again. We had great communication with the host and a great time! We did forget to sign the sign in book.

Fun weekend getaway

Walk to beach is a bit of a pain due to construction work but it is still less than 10 min. Great size and wonderful owner. Very close to supermarket and CVS.

Overall, it's good value for the price.

The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. The home was lovely, but the beach access was farther than we expected based on the listing. Thankfully, we brought our golf cart, as walking that distance with a baby would have been difficult.
