This complex offers guests a gulf front heated swimming pool, hot tub, & fitness center.

This incredibly spacious condominium offers over 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals or playing a game, and there is additional breakfast bar seating as well. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with beautiful views of the gulf, a large Smart television, and access to the unit's large private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart television, access to the balcony, and its own private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks. If you need to park additional vehicles, there is a nearby public lot that can be used for a additional fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

Great unit with great location

Our unit was great, clean, except floors were dirty. Unit had everything in it. And live that it had extra bed sheets, plenty of towels. Nice washing machine and dryer. Kitchen fully stocked. Also the location is great.
