- If you plan to use the wet bar, please bring your beverages.

- We provide a starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper goods, etc.). For longer stays, you may need to restock.

- Security cameras are located outside (doorbell & above garage) and record motion for safety.

- Noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure quiet hours are respected. These do not record sound, only volume levels.

- Palmetto bugs are common in this region and may occasionally find their way inside. They are harmless, but we recommend keeping doors closed to minimize this.
