  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Fantastic Vacation

Our condo was such a comfortable and well functioning place to be. Access to the beach is absolutely phenomenal. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The location was great, I have stayed at this location previously. However, the unit has had damage and not too good of repairs. The front door sticks and had been repaired, there were wall patches throughput the unit. The paint was not matched and was easily detected. The refrigerator door has mold and should be addressed emed

RINGING IN THE NEW YEAR

We enjoyed the property. the big selling point is the indoor heated pool! It was enjoyed by many children over the holiday and a great time was had between there and the hot tub. The condo was very clean. There is a slight leak under the master Bath and our extra toilet paper got wet but no other major issues. Personal preference is to have a smart TV but we were able to find things to watch to keep the little person entertained. I would stay here again

Short Vacation

Property was fine and as advertised. No real pickups with the exception of the closet door in the master bedroom. The door came of its rail on first attempt to use.

The actual Majestic Tower itself was very clean and nice. Pool was freezing, but clean. The condo was not what was expected. The photos show a beautiful condo, but in actuality was not. The walls were stained terribly and had different colors for the touch ups. Even a handprint on the walls. The carpet was stained. The bed was sunk in so bad it was miserable to sleep on. Dishwasher was broken. The door had a 1/2 that wasn’t sealed, so if u had the balcony door open it sounded like a fire alarm going off constantly. The gym didn’t come with this room, but never mentioned it wasn’t at the time of booking. The gym was one reason we wanted to stay there. Just not a good room at all, except for the view.

Beautiful view from the balcony.

The carpet was very old and stained. Upholstery was dirty in spots. Couch pillows filthy and mattress needs replaced as it sagged in the middle. The noised from people yelling and motors racing equaled spotty sleep

Wasn’t what I hoped it would be

There were light bulbs that didn’t work. There were some receptacles that didn’t work. The dishwasher did not work. And for the money I paid for the condo I expected it to be more. We didn’t even have the door code until we got a hold of a southern representative after sitting in the heat in the parking garage for over an hour Jeania Overman 731-614-2733 if you need anything else please give me a call. Overall I was very disappointed. Especially with the dish washer not working and had to wash dishes by hands. I wouldn’t call
