Great condo, perfect for 2 families of 4

Condo perfect size for our 2 families of 4, right on the beach. Awesome location, had a great time. Biggest issue was the bed frame needs repaired. Noticed the bolts were out of the head board and nothing to lock it down. Other than that it had everything you needed. Home away from home!

Great place

We enjoyed staying there very much. Beautiful rooms with a view of the beach. Would definitely stay there again.One thing that was not mentioned is on the 3rd floor of the parking deck there is an unloading area with carts to make it easier to unload and load your vehicle.

Overall great

Overall, we had a great stay! Room was clean and amenities were nice. Our only issue was the day before we were supposed to check out, 3 young men ( in their 20s) entered the condo using the code. They stated that they were the owners. We told them that we were scheduled to check out the following day so they left and acted like they would come back the following day. It just made us feel uneasy.

Perfect for what we needed

Beautiful corner condo with no big buildings beside it so you can see the beautiful sunset for miles. All the rooms were spacious and just what we needed for our group of 10. The table on the balcony was perfect for enjoying the view and playing card games as a family. Loved our stay and will be booking again next year.

The condo is in a great location. Within walking distance to many restaurants, etc. The market and restaurant inside the building were very good. Condo itself was perfect for our needs.

Christmas at the beach

Great stay. Great property and location. Parking was convenient and amenities were nice. The large, outdoor space was a huge bonus. The only issues were the lack of maintenance addressing our issues and the hot tub next to the pool was not heating up. We did stay over the holidays which may have been the reason for not being addressed. All in all I would stay again.

Perfect vacation

Arrived at Condo and was able to get in on time with no problems at all. Has lots of room and everything was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Balcony is great. Condo is on pool side and bar and grill are very accessible. We have no complaints!!!

Nice for a large family

This unit was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The property as a whole was wonderful. Only complaint is the bar across the street is super loud and can be heard in the unit until they close. We use box fans in our rooms so it wasn’t as loud. We will definitely be staying here again.

July 4th family trip

We love the Majestic. Unit was nice and size was perfect for us. The unit may be due for a few upgrades and repairs. Furniture in living room was dirty and broke- kitchen faucet was broke as well. Master bath toilet you have to hold down for a while to flush.

Plenty of Room

The views were spectacular and access to pools and beach were excellent! The size of rooms and bathroom were awesome. When we arrived the smoke detector was beeping low battery and we had to manually disconnect them from the ceiling. One of the bedroom's TV did not work. Both problems were corrected - smoke detector (three hours later) TV (two days later). We would visit this Condo again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed many times at the Majestic and this was probably the most outdated unit. It had many issues with things not working or just old but not enough to call and complain about as we didn’t want to have to deal with people in the unit trying to fix things while on our vacation. The balcony saved the day for the lackluster unit overall. The unit has leaky toilets, no remotes for some of the tv’s, old furniture, not great pots and pans, lights that blink, dishwasher did not get anything clean, etc.. nothing major but it needs a lot of upgrades and TLC.

Great location, perfect layout with the wraparound deck area and a nice small deck for one of the extra bedrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 12. The living area furniture needs updating really bad. The dish washer leaks when using. Middle bathroom only has one light working. The worst part of the trip was getting into the room when everyone at the majestic has the same check in time with elevators and the loading and unloading area over run with people. I would recommend staggered check in times on the weekend and staggered check out times to accommodate for the staggered checkin time. We came an hour after the check in time and still had to wait close to an hour and a half to get everything unloaded and into the room. We will definitely look at using this property again in the future. Not a fan of the wrist bands either.

Family Vacation

My family of 12 booked this condo for a week vacation. Check in/unloading was very simple. The condo was very spacious with enough room for us all. However, the floors were filthy with sand and dirt. We had a broom with no dust pan and no mop to clean up. There were crumbs of food in the bedroom closet. The bathrooms all had mold. The AC unit was clogged and leaked all over the 3rd bathroom floor. I notified the manager and they sent someone 2 days later. We had to use or own towels to keep the water up. The balcony door in the living room was off the track and hard to open. The vent above the dining area dripped water. Furniture (mainly couch and beds) are in desperate need of replacing. The couches stuffing was falling out. The beds squeaked and mattresses were badly stained from spills. The property itself was nice and pools were very nice. Elevators rarely worked. Most days only one or two were operational. Overall I would not stay here again.

Nice but needs updating

We were thankful to have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. This condo was convenient to elevators and the trash bin, local stores, and places to eat, pool and beach. The furniture needs updating along with the rug on the balcony. It’s a hazard for tripping and getting hurt. There are repairs that need to be made on various items including one of the queen size beds and kitchen cabinets. The dryer handle was broken when we arrived, but they came to fix it the next day after we notified them, which was nice. One toilet had a problem, but they fixed that as well. The instructions were helpful and the checkin process was easy. The door wouldn’t stay locked, but a simple phone call to the number given resolved that problem. A vacuum in the unit would be helpful to get sand off the floor each day. We did the best we could with the broom available. We enjoyed our time as a family in spite of the few things that needed to be addressed and the other minor problems.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo and resort were nice. Location was good. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Our view from the balcony was perfect. Having a fitness center was a bonus.The amenities offered were nice even though we didn’t use all of them. For the cons: This place is located across from a pretty popular bar so it can be loud at night sometimes so if you have young ones then bring a sound machine. There were times the elevators weren’t working or running really slow so we took the stairs a couple times which wouldn’t be a big deal but we were on the 8th floor and have a toddler. Also, from the pictures and description of the resort I thought the kiddie fountain was for toddlers but it is in 3ft water and separate from the baby pool area so my 2 year old didn’t get to enjoy that amenity. The parking garage was located across the street so it was a hike from our condo to the car which isn’t great when you are checking in and out even with a cart. It was nice but my family probably wouldn’t stay here again based off the cons listed above.

Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Majestic Beach Resorts. There is a bit of walking from the parking garage to the units, however the set up is efficient and easy to check out carts and load/unload in the zone. Never an issue finding a parking space and they recognize your vehicle registration as you pull up to the garage. Part of our group arrived a few hours prior to check in time and the unit was ready which was great. The unit was overall clean with some minor blemishes (broken drawer and burn mark on one of the ottomans). Nothing unexpected for a rental. Initial supplies (soap, TP, etc.) were also minimal, but again wasn’t unexpected. The sliding door in the living room was difficult to open (probably just needed the rollers adjusted) and I did report this and received a quick response, however, maintenance did not come during our stay. Hopefully it was fixed for the next guests. The extra large balcony was amazing and totally worth it! Amazing views of the beach and poolside. Plenty of room in the unit for our group of 9 and the beds were super comfortable! We were a bit surprised by the strict rules in the pool. Absolutely no drinks in/near edge of pool and we were also told to take our inflatable out even though it wasn’t a posted rule. Beach access was great and plenty of space to set up and even play cornhole. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and truly enjoyed the onsite amenities!!

Beautiful View

The pros were: the view was magnificent, nice pools, the beach was great!! The patio was great and we spent a lot of time out there laughing and enjoying our family! The Cons: parking was a pain, the condo definitely needs updating (in the main bathroom the tub had black mold, the toilet ran the whole time, the shower was very hard to get in and out of and the tile/grout was breaking. The living room, furniture was old and dirty, there was a lamp that was broken and we didn’t notice until our Grandson cut his finger. The first night I got into bed (In the primary) there was dirt all over the sheet? Telling me sheets were not changed! I contacted the housekeeping and she said that since it was Mother’s Day they could not get a clean sheet to me until the next morning? (Which I had to call and remind them), I was disappointed that for three bathrooms we were given 3 rolls of TP and one towel, wash cloth for 7 people and two hand towels, we had 9 people! The resorts eating establishments were so expensive! We asked to rent a wheelchair for my elderly Mom and they said they only had one and it was rented? One wheelchair for the whole resort? It was a frustrating stay, we’ve used VRBO and have never experienced anything bad. I will definitely read the reviews better next time.
