    Beach Cruiser Carriage House is located in the most desirable nook in all of Rosemary Beach – nestled in the easternmost southern corner at Walkover A steps to one of the community's two children's playgrounds, the Coquina Pool, and Eastern Green. This newly renovated residence exhibits the work of renowned Interior Designer Ashley Gilbreath.
    The courtyard offers an outdoor shower. Upstairs in the carriage house, guests revel in a newly renovated space. An open kitchen with island bar top seating for two blends seamlessly into the living room with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Enjoy Gulf Views from the balcony before heading up the spiral staircase to the expanded queen loft complete with clothes dresser.
    Start and end your day by delighting in the extraordinary sunrises and sunsets from the second-floor balcony.
