Enter the newly constructed  'Manta Ray' a Gulf Front rental in Panama City Beach West to find a luxury rental that is one of a kind! The first floor hosts a fun living room and kitchenette that is open to the pool deck and two bunk rooms. Step out to the pool deck and you will be taken back by the stunning Gulf Views and beach breeze. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee - enjoy the water features on the pool and listen to the waves roll in. There is ample seating on the Gulf Front deck including a sofa, chairs, lounge chairs and a dining table. Cook up a meal on the Big Green egg and dine al fresco! Since this property is GULF front..you are just steps from the private beach boardwalk and sand! Hit the outdoor shower on your way back in before making a splash in the private pool. On the first floor you will find two bunk rooms, a stacked washer and dryer and a powder room. The first bunk room when you enter the home has two queen over queen bunks - sleeping 8 with an en suite complete with two sinks and a walk in shower. The second bunk room is gulf front and has access to the pool deck by sliding glass doors. There is a queen over king bunk bed and an additional queen - sleeping 6 with an en suite complete with two sinks and a walk in shower. 

Head up stairs to the second level where you will find the expansive main living space complete with a living room, kitchen and open dining space. The living room is cozy with a TV above the electric fireplace and the kitchen is large enough to provide ample space for everyone to gather! There are 7 bar seats at the kitchen island and 10 seats at the dining table. Open the balcony door to take in the beach breeze or catch a sunset at the dining table on the balcony. There are two guest rooms on the second floor, one fit with a king size bed and private en suite. The second is a queen guest room and private en suite. There is also a powder room on this level. 

The third floor hosts the Gulf Front primary suite - views for days from the balcony! This spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed, living room, en suite and balcony. The sitting room has a TV, gas fireplace and a wet bar. The primary en suite has his and her vanities, soaking tub and walk in shower with dual shower heads. Additionally on the third floor there is a guest suite with a king size bed and private en suite with a copper soaking tub, two sinks and walk in shower. This guest suite also has a wet bar, TV, and gas fireplace. There is another bunk room on the third floor with a queen over queen and en suite with a single sink and walk in shower. You can find a full size washer and dryer in the hall of the third floor. 

Escape to the fourth floor where you will find a fun hang out complete with billiard games, a bathroom and another bunk room. The billiard room has a Foosball table, pool table and shuffleboard table! There is a cozy couch with a TV as well as a built in bench with cocktail tables to enjoy a card game at. The wet bar on this floor is convenient for snacks, drinks or quick coffee station in the morning. There is a Gulf Front bunk room on the level with three queen over queen bunk beds - sleeping 12! There is a living room in the bunk room as well as access to the balcony. The shared bathroom on the fourth floor is unique with a round tub inside the shower! Kids and adults will have a blast playing games, making memories and enjoying the beautiful beaches! 

This luxury vacation rental hosts 36 guests total! Complete with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, no one will be left out of staying at  'Manta Ray'!


Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
