As you enter the condo, you'll immediately be greeted by stunning panoramic Gulf views. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a SMART TV, and direct access to the oversized private balcony where you can enjoy sunsets, dolphin watching, and views of the emerald waters below. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the Gulf and includes everything needed to prepare your favorite meals, including a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, toaster, and breakfast bar seating. The adjacent dining area provides plenty of room for gathering together after a day at the beach.

All three bedrooms feature king-size beds, SMART TVs, and private ensuite bathrooms, while the separate bunk room provides additional sleeping space for children. The master suite also includes a tub and walk-in shower. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Additional conveniences include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Laketown Wharf offers five resort-style pools, a massive freshwater lake, a 52,000-square-foot boardwalk, fitness center, children's playground, on-site mini-mart, and the resort's famous nightly dancing fountain show. Beach access is located directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach.

Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent are provided to get your stay started off right. Bed linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Laketown Wharf requires a one-time resort fee of $102, payable upon arrival. This fee includes 2 parking passes and amenity wristbands for your stay.

A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
