OWNER MANAGED and ONSITE

Sterling Reef Beach Resort is one of the nicest Condominium Resorts on the beach featuring extra large balconies which can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom. "Reef Memories" offers amazing views of the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets over the M.B. Miller County Pier, in Panama City Beach, Florida. Free WI-Fi will help you feel right at home during your stay. Spend your days relaxing by the seasonally, heated bi-level waterfall pool, digging your toes in the sand or fishing from M.B. Miller Pier located just steps from the property. Other amenities you will enjoy are covered parking, fitness center, BBQ grills, Sky Terrace and onsite beach chair/water sports rental.

Our "Reef Memories" Unit, features a beachfront master bedroom with a king size Tempurpedic bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. You can unwind at the end of the day lying in bed watching the waves, TV or soaking away the day in the large soaking tub/shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and wall mounted, flat screen TV. The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway. Want privacy? No worries. The layout of the condo provides great separation of the bedrooms so you and your guests will have adequate privacy. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The open floor plan, with large granite island, allows you to prepare your meals while enjoying beautiful ocean views. You will find a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender and pots/pans for you to prepare meals.

Spectacular gulf views from the oversized balcony. Resort offers private beach access to the widest part of beach in PCB.

**Resort Covered Parking Garage**
There is a $50 per vehicle parking fee collected by the Sterling Reef Condo Association. Guests must register their vehicle(s) via an online registration link provided after booking.

I was impressed that everything we needed on the beach is in included on the unit like the beach chairs, beach toys for the kids ans they also have free beach set up. Also, Dawn was very responsive to all questions and very accomodating. Great location and parking area was perfect. I would recomment this unit and definitely will come back.

Perfect location and comfort.

Arrival and check in procedures were simple. Condo had everything needed for a quick beach vacation. Condo set up was comfortable and easily accommodated my family of 6. Dawn was a fantastic hostess- offering her beach chairs for use was an unexpected addition to the quality of stay. The condo was quiet and in an excellent location To all restaurants and activities.

Grandsons’s first beach trip

We’ve been coming and staying at Dawn’s Rentals at Sterling Reef for several years now and it’s always a great trip. She’s an awesome host, always available for anything you need. This was our grandsons first beach trip and it was amazing! We always come during Biketoberfest and he was in awe at all the bikes we could see from our condo.. I like Sterling Reef..the location is great. The condo is very nice and comfortable. Dawn keeps everything updated and a lot of extras that you don’t find in most other condos. Master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I also love the recliner since I have had surgery. Also has nice balcony furniture and pool. She takes care of your needs immediately if there was a problem. She is a great person and I will always choose Dawns Rentals when I come to PCB.

We loved that it was close to the beach fully furnished down to the beach toys. All you have to do is pack your clothes and you can grocery shop when you get there. You’re not far from stores to great location for all types of activities. We loved it. They were great hosts. The facility had security also and they were on top of everything and we loved that a lot.

Dawn was so helpful and quick to answer any questions and help with accommodations. The Condo was very nice and super clean. It’s a great place to stay would highly recommend for any family to stay. Enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon already in the condo with other things for the kids. Check in was so simple and easy and the room was very clean with everything you need. This condo was the perfect one for my stay in Panama City Beach Fl.

This condo is very nice and perfectly clean. Dawn always has some extras in her condos that you don’t normally get. They always save you some money. There is also a recliner which helps keep your legs up if needed as I do. Kitchen is well stocked. Very large balcony with nice furniture which opens from living room and master bedroom. Dawn is the best and you will enjoy renting any of her condos.

The condo was perfect! Very convenient parking, with access to garage on at least 3 levels. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked including shampoo/conditioner & body wash, minus food. The condo is very spacious and the balcony was HUGE! The 2nd bedroom bed wasn’t the best but it served it’s all purpose. Dawn was very quick when I needed to reach her and a great host. I highly recommend her! A++++

Fabulous Experience!

I highly recommend renting from Dawn's Rentals. From start to finish, Dawn was so incredibly helpful and accomodating with all of our needs, concerns, questions and adjustments. While location is always important on a trip like this (and her beachside condo has amazing views and ammenities!), we will be repeat customers because of Dawn. She went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed and enjoyed each moment of our stay...true hospitality!! Thank you, Dawn! This is a very nice and comfortable condo. It is decorated so pretty. Beds are great and I also really like having the recliner in living room. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything of your choice. The balcony is the largest I have ever had. I’ve been coming to PCB for 65 yrs…uh oh that’s telling you how old I am. I have rented a lot of condos here but Dawns will be my first choice from now on. She is so pleasant and always accommodating. Also the pool is a really nice pool. Rent from Dawn and you will always be pleased.

Amazing view from the sterling reef!

Had a great time at the sterling reef. Dawn made check in hassle free, she staid on top of everything. When i arrived i had plenty of parking to chose from. Elevator wait time was not long at all compared to some condo’s. It was nice not having to deal with an office, i just went straight to the room and entered the keypad code. The view from the balcony was perfect. I saw dolphins everyday swimming to and from the pier. Everyone that i met was nice, even the staff! Overall this place is awesome!
