Convenient to town and a hreat price for on the beach accomodations.

Our one week stay couldnt have been better. Easy and responsive owner answered all of my questions. Lots of amenities including pool, hot tub, exercise, sauna and more. Close to many restaurants and walmart for shopping. Great views from 17th floor.

Wonderful condo

Beautiful condo directly on the beach and very private. The day bed on the balcony was the best feature and so comfortable. I enjoyed the beach and hot tub, not a ton of walkable restaurants / bars but I would for sure return. Parking garage is tight if you have a large vehicle.

Senior year family trip!

A great location where everyone on the property is more than friendly and great food options close by. Property host was very prompt when needed assistance. Walking up to the waves and fresh air all while catching a great sunset too! You can’t go wrong staying here.

Condo on the Beach

We had a great time, beautiful sunsets and wonderful view. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings having our coffee while watching the waves and listening to the ocean. Will definitely go back!

Great location but would recommend some deep cleaning

Overall the owner was reposive. Unfortunately I don't believe the cleaning/maintanace crew is reporting well. The location is great.

Great Time!

Location was nice. The parking garage was a little scary with our Yukon XL with a cargo carrier on the back. We needed a much smaller vehicle. Weather was amazing!

Very nice location

The unit was very clean and the view was spectacular. Although the beds were very comfortable, the other furnishings seemed a bit cheaper and uncomfortable (sofa, table, bedroom furniture). The kitchen was well equipped and the patio furniture was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and it was well worth the money.

Always a great stay

This place has become a home away from home. It's very well equipped for anyone to feel at home. The location and view from the balcony are outstanding. This is our 3rd time staying at this place and we are always very happy with it. If weather is not cooperating, there are plenty of things to do just a couple miles away or just go enjoy the indoor area of the pool. The owner is very quick to reply if anything is out of sorts. We couldn't ask for more. :-)

USFA World Series softball

Overall it was great we spent most of our time either at the beach or softball field. Love the fact that their were chairs already reserved at the beach . We did hit the pool once. The hot tub was another favorite spot for grandpa!

Couples Vacation 35 years of friendship going strong!!!

We enjoyed our week so much the property was very nice and had the most amazing views. This space was a great size for 4 people everyone had privacy the air conditioner works extremely well the shower was awesome and most of all the host was very accommodating and pleasurable to deal with. We absolutely cannot wait until next time.

Not as expected

The location was great. The place was filthy. Bed spread had white stains on it. Inch of dust. Nail clippings on nightstand. Toilet was groce. Bed was broken. TV didn't work. Roku was broken. They did replace bedding and temporarily fixed the bed. Would be a great condo if it was taken care of.

Amazing view

The views were amazing! One thing I would recommend is adding fans out on the balcony because being up so high you don’t get much of a breeze and it was extremely hot when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy much time on the balcony. Other than that everything was good!

The property is nice and clean with ocean view. It decorated simply with good taste. The balcony has a day bed that’s nice. The only thing was when we checked in, a small shelf on the wall in the living room coming off the wall. A small statue broken on the floor.

Great condo

This condo was great. It was clean and spacious. Everything looked just like the pictures showed. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We saw dolphins and stingrays almost daily! The host was very responsive if I messaged her. The location is about a 8 minute drive to the pier. It wasn’t in the heart of Panama City beach but we were totally fine with that. We don’t like big crowds so it worked perfect for us. You are literally steps from the beach. It was such a great week for my family. We would definitely stay here again!
