Nice stay

The location and house were wonderful. We were not prepared for needing to provide additional trash bags and toilet paper. This wasn't a deal breaker, it just would have been nice to know in advance. There were some issues, not owner or owner rep caused, but still frustrations. The beach access gate code had been changed without notice and the internet cable had been cut on the outside and we didn't have internet/tv/wireless access for the first day, but again those two things, all though frustrating, were not owner caused. The stay was very nice and we will rebook in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a positive experience. Unfortunately it was not communicated that the door locks automatically when shut and we did end up locked out while unloading. The propane grill also did not work. The tank was empty, so we got our own and the connection to the grill was too loose to supply enough gas to light. The unit did not contain spices or basic salt and pepper. Also only 1 trash bag was left to use for a 5 night stay, so we had to use a lot of old shopping bags. The gate to the beach access was damaged and stuck locked. The unit had a couple of small roaches and wasn't fully clean on arrival but after 16.5hr drive it wasn't enough for us to raise an issue. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels.

The condo was GREAT! Grill out back with a full gas tank. Everything was clean and worked. Walk to the beach was not bad at all. Through a couple of parking lots and we were there. Definitely hoping to book this same unit for Thanksgiving.

It was a great place for the four of us and our pet. We did not use the pool, spent most of the time at the beach. The townhome was clean and the area was quiet. Nice balcony and patio for relaxing. The beach was a bit of a walk when taking alot, but not too bad. Only complaint was the upstairs bedroom facing the street was never cool. It was always too hot.
