Luxurious Large Studio overlooking 30A nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach

New Listing!
Luxurious Studio Suite Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy King Bed and plenty of extra space. The studio has a separate sitting area with a full-size sofa and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

My Husband and I booked this over the weekend for our anniversary. Great location and easy to walk to Rosemary or Alys beach. Loved that they had a Starbucks downstairs. We also took advantage of the hot tub/pool. Be aware this is a studio and is great for a few days. The decor was nice and bed was comfortable. Also had a farmers market on Sunday morning that was great and live music both Friday and Saturday while we were there.

This small 1 room studio was absolutely perfect for my weekend getaway...even with a surprise visit from my husband. Top notch styling and the bed was so comfortable! Easy get to and easy to get in and out of. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Rosemary Beach. Such a great place to relax and unwind.

The studio is just as pictured. The space is nicely appointed and the location is great. There was nothing we’d change about it (and we’re pretty picky travelers 😉). My husband said he gives it bonus points for a really comfortable bed!!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I’s honeymoon! It is so close to the beach and tons of stuff to do. The private beach access was a bit crammed so we went further down to public beach access and gas a better time. The team was super helpful on our private beach day and the pool was perfect with the double red flag beach days.

Seacrest Beach overnight

Great location and clean property. Wi-Fi was very weak and created an issue for a business call. TV apps use Wi-Fi and we could not get any of the streaming to work but just for a bit. Disappointing features given todays remote working lifestyle.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio. It's in a great location that is in walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Perfect studio for my wife and I in very convenient location, right in the middle Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We did not have to use our vehicle a single time during our 4 night stay. Pretty much everything you need is in a 0.5 mile radius of this location. Tram service to take you to/from the beach picks up in the back by the pool, which was convenient, but the deeded beach access that comes along with this rental is only about a 0.25 mile walk, 5-7 min away. Convenience store and other shops and restaurants located on ground level was an added bonus.
