About this property

Location, Location, Location. Right on the Beach

  • You will enjoy having the Gulf in your backyard! No elevators to deal with a few steps and you are ON THE BEACH! This is my little piece of paradise and it can be yours too during your visit. This unit has been gutted and completely remodeled including the duct work. The A/C unit is equipment with a mechanism that completely disinfects the air as it passes through. It is furnished with upscale appliances, furniture, mattresses, utensils etc.
    The location is less than a mile from Pier Park. You can literally walk to entertainment, restaurants and shopping.
