Over sized Studio @ The Village of South Walton!~ 2 Pools~ Walk to Rosemary!

This studio condo, which comfortably sleeps 4, has everything you need for your stay at the beach! Conveniently located just steps to quaint Rosemary Beach and with seasonal tram service available to transport you to the private beach, this complex is the ideal location for the couple or small family looking for their perfect vacation! Furnished with a king bed, sleeper sofa and additional chairs for seating, you have ample space to lounge after a long day in the sun! For added convenience, there is a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave and dishes for your stay. We also provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, as well as 4 Keurig cups to start off your stay! In the full bathroom (shower/tub combo) we provide shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, lotion, and shower gel. You will also find (2) beach towels provided for your use during your stay. There is a pay-per-use washer/dryer available just down the hall for your use!

You will be able to enjoy our pool deck with pool and a hot tub as well as deeded Seacrest Beach access. There is a zero-depth entry, wading pool with a 2ft max depth that your little ones will love.

Our deeded Seacrest Beach access point is just a short 6-8 minute walk or take the free tram that runs March-October. The larger public Inlet Beach Regional Access, complete with ramps, etc is also just a mile East. Peddlers Pavilion is downstairs where you can listen to live music at night (*seasonal) and rent bikes to explore the area!

Please note:
Golf carts / LSVs are not permitted at The Village of South Walton or anywhere on the east end of 30A including Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach.

There enjoy two pools and a hot tub. The large pool and hot tub are heated year-round. The second pool is a zero-depth entry, perfect for small children!

There are multiple dining options (Laco, Pizza By The Sea, food stands, and more), including a Starbucks in the complex. No need to drive anywhere for food or happy hour. Also, shops are in the same complex.

Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.

It was wonderful to spend my birthday here

The place was amazing, it was a 3-night stay. The bed was delicious, I slept like a baby. The cleaning of 10. All appliances in good condition and the chairs and beach umbrella are a plus. Access to the beach is easy although I didn't particularly like that the area is very small and it is difficult to enter the place.

Super cute place. It’s small, like a hotel room. Was expecting it to be larger. Wish it had black out drapes. When on vacation, I enjoy sleeping in and it was hard to do with the sun in your eyes at 6am. If you’re looking for a place close to shops, restaurants, and live music at night. This is a great place.

My husband and I booked this unit for a weekend babymoon stay and it was perfect for us. Close to the beach, right within Peddlers Pavilion, close to great shops and restaurants. The hosts were great about answering any questions or concerns we had!

This was our first trip to the 30-A area and we will definitely be back! Our check in-process was so smooth due to the well thought out welcome packet sent to us by the owner. The location is A M A Z I N G!!! Walk downstairs to multiple restaurants and shops, walk down the street to explore the iconic architecture in the area. Beach access! Pool access! Perfect! I would highly recommend!

Amazing Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for the two of us and is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. It was super clean and had everything we needed! The location was just incredible. There was live music downstairs every night at Peddlers Pavillion, which was a huge plus. We were only a super short walk or bike ride to Alys Beach and the main Rosemary happenings. The tram stop is right downstairs and takes you (and your things) to the beach, which is really convenient. I will say, the beach can be kind of crowded since there is such a small space for Seacrest so I recommend getting there early or renting the chairs from La Dolce Vita. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

30a stay

The room was nice. Comfy bed. Clean. Nice for a couple. The property manager was excellent to work with. Being above restaurants and coffee shops was fun and convenient—and so was being in walking distance to Rosemary. You could slightly hear musicians playing outside in the room - but they and the restaurants closed around 10 pm - so no issues. I couldn’t get the tv to work properly - but could be user error. Heads-up - parking was a challenge around 5-7 pm during the peak of the restaurant activity. Also, the tram to the beach was nice. But, be sure to reserve a chairs/umbrella very early or beach locations are limited. Chair service takes up 3/4 the available beach - as neighboring private beaches are marked off and vigilantly guarded. So the 1/4 of available beach is cramped with people unable to reserve the occupied paid chairs. We ended up driving to a public beach where we had room. Just giving an heads-up so others can be prepared and plan accordingly. Overall, my wife and I had a fun long weekend.
