This beautiful condo is ON THE BEACH FRONT (NOT across the street with only a beach view).

Beach Chair Service (In Season) is provided (2 padded loungers and umbrella).

NOTE: An additional $60.00 Guest Registration (price subject to change) is paid by the guest externally and includes parking for one car.

Enjoy the Breathtaking view of the Sugar White Sands and Emerald Coast from the balcony of this Penthouse Level Condo. Sit back and enjoy the view of sunsets and moonlit nights along with the privacy! Observe dolphins, sea turtles, and other marine life from this bird’s-eye view of the gulf. A quick trip down the elevator leads you to tropically landscaped beachfront lagoon pools and direct beach access.

The Calypso Resort and Towers is conveniently located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Calypso is adjacent to the County Fishing Pier and directly across from Pier Park, a Simon 'Signature Project', where you will find shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and an outdoor Amphitheater offering free concerts throughout the summer.

Minutes away are other fun family activities including the Gulf World Aquarium, golf and miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. The Frank Brown Park Sports Complex is just 1.6 miles (3 minutes) away.

This unit is professionally decorated. The master bedroom has its own private bath, where there is a second full bath for additional guests. There are twin beds in the bunk area and a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Kitchen, entryway, and bathrooms are all tiled. A special feature of this penthouse unit is spacious 9 and 10 foot ceilings.

Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old.

Rentals are weekly during spring/summer months with a Saturday check-in. There is a 3-night minimum stay during other rental periods.

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was clean and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The view is incredible. I loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the mornings. The beach is great and it was very nice to have chairs and an umbrella included. This condo is in a great location; easy to walk to Pier Park and many good restaurants nearby. I would love to stay here again in the future. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing view perfect location!!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary couldn’t have picked a better place. Waking up every morning to the view from the balcony. Shops and places to eat are close by, Walking distance to the Pier. Beach is phenomenal and check in to use the chairs instead of lugging beach items. Highly recommend this place!!! Owner gave us information needed prior to arrival everything was perfect!!!

This unit has a beautiful view from the 23rd floor. Elevators were fast and property is stunning. Pool deck overlooks the beach and is closer than any others we've stayed at before.

Wonderful 1st Time experience

Never stayed in a condo before and the owner made it very easy and comfortable how to check in, parking and how it works. The condo was very clean, comfortable and stocked with the basics. Didn't have to buy plates, cups or silverware. It had a box fan and some beach items already in the room. There were books, dvds and games. Best part was two bathrooms and washer and dryer. The view was wonderful also.

Perfect everything

Our family stayed during spring break. This condo was incredible. We only had to wait for elevators once but it was just before dinner and everyone was coming in off the beach! The place was incredibly clean and very well accommodated! I have never had such a wonderfully stocked kitchen! There was absolutely nothing we didn't have. There was also quite a few beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs left from previous guests (we had brought our own from Wisconsin, but wouldn't have if we had known!). It is across the street from Pier park where there is tons of great restaurants and shops and we were able to enjoy this on the rain day we had. The pools were heated and in great shape. Even the 2 beach chairs that come with the condo were incredibly comfortable! Owner was not only easy to work with, but incredibly helpful and available. We ended up extending our stay due to how beautiful the weather and the place were! We will most definitely stay again!
