This beautiful condo is ON THE BEACH FRONT (NOT across the street with only a beach view).

Beach Chair Service (In Season) is provided (2 padded loungers and umbrella).

NOTE: An additional $60.00 Guest Registration is paid by the guest externally and includes parking for one car.

Enjoy the Breathtaking view of the Sugar White Sands and Emerald Coast from the balcony of this Penthouse Level Condo. Sit back and enjoy the view of sunsets and moonlit nights along with the privacy! Observe dolphins, sea turtles, and other marine life from this bird’s-eye view of the gulf. A quick trip down the elevator leads you to tropically landscaped beachfront lagoon pools and direct beach access.

The Calypso Resort and Towers is conveniently located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Calypso is adjacent to the County Fishing Pier and directly across from Pier Park, a Simon 'Signature Project', where you will find shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and an outdoor Amphitheater offering free concerts throughout the summer.

Minutes away are other fun family activities including the Gulf World Aquarium, golf and miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. The Frank Brown Park Sports Complex is just 1.6 miles (3 minutes) away.

This unit is professionally decorated. The master bedroom has its own private bath, where there is a second full bath for additional guests. There are twin beds in the bunk area and a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Kitchen, entryway, and bathrooms are all tiled. A special feature of this penthouse unit is spacious 9 and 10 foot ceilings.

Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old.

Rentals are weekly during spring/summer months with a Saturday check-in. There is a 3-night minimum stay during other rental periods.

Amazing view perfect location!!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary couldn’t have picked a better place. Waking up every morning to the view from the balcony. Shops and places to eat are close by, Walking distance to the Pier. Beach is phenomenal and check in to use the chairs instead of lugging beach items. Highly recommend this place!!! Owner gave us information needed prior to arrival everything was perfect!!!

Carl is absolutely awesome to work with. Always quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. The unit is always clean and have never had any issues. Love how close it is to everything. I think this is our 6th time staying here and we will be back!

PERFECT CONDO!!

This place was amazing!!! Right on the beach and within walking distance to Pier Park. The unit was very clean & beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you may need. And the view from the 23rd floor was breathtaking! The owner was very friendly and stayed in touch. Thank you, Carl!! We had the best time!! We will be back!!

Great stay.

Host was helpful and communicated with us quickly when we had a question. Only negative comment is we were not aware a hair dryer was not provided. Had to pick one up at Walmart nearby. Otherwise great stay. Loved it.

Stunning View - Very Comfortable

Three of us stayed in this beautiful top floor, quiet and private condo. The living room furniture was very comfortable, particularly the 2 chairs with the ottomans. It was heaven to put our feet up. The same ottoman worked well as an extra chair around the kitchen table. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. We had gorgeous weather in November. The balcony was great with the bar table and 2 chairs, and the adirondack chair and side table. We enjoyed coffee in the shade in the mornings. Carl was great to work with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect everything

Our family stayed during spring break. This condo was incredible. We only had to wait for elevators once but it was just before dinner and everyone was coming in off the beach! The place was incredibly clean and very well accommodated! I have never had such a wonderfully stocked kitchen! There was absolutely nothing we didn't have. There was also quite a few beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs left from previous guests (we had brought our own from Wisconsin, but wouldn't have if we had known!). It is across the street from Pier park where there is tons of great restaurants and shops and we were able to enjoy this on the rain day we had. The pools were heated and in great shape. Even the 2 beach chairs that come with the condo were incredibly comfortable! Owner was not only easy to work with, but incredibly helpful and available. We ended up extending our stay due to how beautiful the weather and the place were! We will most definitely stay again!

Calypso Great location

If you are a germ freak like myself, you will love this place. Cleanest and neatest unit i've rented out. Although it is located at the highest level, the elevators work great and are really fast so it didnt botter us at all. My kids loved playing glass checker board game the unit provided and actually prefered the sleeper sofa over the bunk beds. The only concern i had was either the AC unit or hot water header was very loud at night, we even tried turning thermostat off but we could still hear something running inside that closet at night. If you sleep in the room is not bad since you can close the door but for those in the living room/bunk beds, its a loud fan like running sound. The kitchen was very well packed and very nice. Tried watching dvd movie in the room but sound wasnt very good so we just watched regular tv. DVD player in loving room worked good. Headed pool was a plus during february weather and calypso location is great! Kids loved doing rock climbing and other outside pier park activities/shooping/eating and movies. So to sum it up, it was a great place and we would stay here again. Make sure to pack your hair dryer and leave pool bands inside condo! We almost kept them inside our beach bag and later found a house keeping letter on the side of refrigerator advicing of $10 fee for each missing band so i was glad we happened to see the note. Can't wait to go back'

Communication with owner was super easy and quick. Loved the condo location, easy to walk to Pier Park, Shuck ‘ems & Dusty’s. Parking was easy. Condo was clean, and just as described. Could be updated with a brighter beach decor and paint but was fine. I’ve would stay there again.

Beach week

Our stay was a great experience. The view from the top floor was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 6. We loved having beach chairs available everyday and just being able to walk out on the beach. An issue happened with the whole East towers air unit that where we were staying and Carl & his wife immediately contacted me to make me aware of the issue and purchased a portable air conditioner unit so we could be comfortable while they were working on the air. The owners of this unit went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and they succeeded!

Short quick trip. Carl the owner was real easy to get ahold of and was quick to reply. His condo was great. Had everything we needed, super clean. Really big hotel with 2 big pools beach side. Walking distance to pier park. We walked 3 nights.

Beautiful View!

This unit has a beautiful view from the 23rd floor. Elevators were fast and property is stunning. Pool deck overlooks the beach and is closer than any others we've stayed at before.
